Out of all of the student council members one of them stood out more than any of the others. Precisely because she was the only one of them that didn't stand out. Nina Einstein sort of melted into the background a bit. You wouldn't really notice her, if for no other reason than because there were a bunch of pretty hot girls in this school. Even aside from say, Milly, Shirley and some others, there was the Erotic Fantasy Club which.. well the name kind of said everything.
The point is that Nina was a quiet girl. She didn't really like attention at all. She knew that she was plain looking. Her figure wasn't very impressive, she had a flat chest and these big dorky glasses and she tied her hair up into twin pigtails because otherwise her scraggly hair got in the way when she was trying to work.
Put someone like her in a group like the student council and she stood out like a sore thumb. It was like looking at a stuck grey pixel on a monitor. You couldn't help but notice. So she stayed quiet unless directly spoken to. Which Milly was doing more and more of late. Trying to pull her into the conversation. Honestly now. If not for the fact that the science clubs kind of needed a representative in the council she'd have quit a while back already. Someone had to fight for the budget, and... well...
It was the one thing Nina was passionate about. Science. She was a good scientist. Or at the very least she would be one. Some day. It was her dream, to advance the world just a bit, to leave her own mark in history. Even if she wasn’t glamorous or beautiful, there was surely something worthwhile she could achieve, right?
... And then in the midst of a hostage crisis she had been saved. By honest to goodness Royalty. A Princess had stood up in the midst of a hostage crisis, identifying herself in an effort to distract terrorists who were out to hurt her. It was something right out of a fairy tale, or some tacky romance novel where the ordinary heroine is swept off her feet by a hero, a prince on a white horse.
Well in this case it had been a princess, but that didn’t make too much of a difference for Nina. Oh, Euphemia! It was wrong for her to daydream, especially such naughty, lurid dreams. But... she could hardly help herself. Euphemia was so wonderful, so perfect, so beautiful and kind and - And Nina was trash by comparison.
The funny thing is that if you asked fans of this series, they would typically pretty much agree with Nina's self analysis. Aside from the bundle of neurosis hinted at above the girl was super wicked racist. That timidity in part reflects a mortal terror of 'Elevens'. Or, if you're not a Britannian, the Japanese people. She'd freaked out on Suzaku joining her class and then the council, only calming down for much the same reason as "I'm not racist, I'm friends with {insert minority here}" plays out in reality. If she knew that Kallen was half Eleven she might calmly nod her head and then try to climb inside the trash disposal while leaving one hand free to switch it on. Which would be a terrible waste. After all, human bones would certainly break even the best trash disposal units money can buy.
Back to the present day, Nina sighed wearily while heading to the storage closet. She knew it wasn't the best timing but it couldn't be helped. Who could have foreseen that Arthur would spill that detergent? So cue her coming down here to get something to clean it up -
"Oooh... you're learning sooooo quickly!"
Eh? Huh? What was that? It sounded like Milly...? Nina approached the door cautiously and tried gently pulling on the handle. Locked.
"Hello?" she called out, and knocked on the door. "Milly, are you alright in there?"
This was strange. Very strange. Why would they lock the door like that? Lock it from the inside, too? And that sound from before. It was strange. This whole thing was very, very strange. Perhaps it had been an accident? Though Milly had kind of sounded odd.. Were there any materials in the closet that could be troublesome? Some cleaning agents could lead to hallucinations if the gases didn’t get aired out, right? Perhaps Milly dropped some cleaning supplies and they broke..? But still, why the locked door?
Then the door opened up and Nina found herself staring at Milly's smiling face.
"Hi, hi Nina!" Milly beamed. She seemed flush. And sweating a little. Wait... Stock taking wasn't that exertive. Her clothes seemed to be quite crumpled as well. Nina peered past the council president into the room. Lelouch was in there with his back turned.
Wait a minute. No way. No way! Were these two secretly...?
"So, what can we do for you?" Milly asked, putting her arm around Nina's shoulder and guiding her into the room. "We're not finished taking stock yet, so if you need something just ask and we'll note it down."
Gulp! This suddenly felt very intimate and inappropriate! "No no," Nina said. "I, uh, just wanted to check and see if you needed any help. That's all!"
"Any help?" Lelouch asked, his voice taking on an odd tone, almost as if he were mentally analyzing over her words. Oh, did he think that she was going to spread rumours? No! Never, she would be good and keep quiet regardless of what this could be.
She didn’t want to be the reason if every girl in the school started staring murderously at Milly over snatching up Lelouch. Especially because Milly was the sort of girl who knew how to get back at people in very embarrassing ways.
Even so, she had no intention of staying around here any longer than she -
"Help me seduce any woman that I desire."
... Huh? What kind of request was that? Well, in the time Nina had that thought Lelouch's Geass had already started rewriting her brain to make that command an absolute imperative. Her thinking now told her that she had to do this, she must do this. At all costs she had to obey that command. Nothing was off limits so long as she helped Lelouch seduce any woman that he desired.
“With whom do we start, your majesty?” She asked without even thinking about it.
"To begin with, I wish to test the effectiveness of Milly's lessons," Lelouch said, casually strolling up to Nina. "Close the door, Milly. Look out for anyone that may be coming."
"I give Nina about thirty seconds before she's cumming," Milly winked.
“What?” The young woman asked in confusion even as she followed Lelouch’s command. Already her mind was trying to think of ways to improve Lelouch’s seduction skills even as she stepped closer to the male. She lacked experience, but she could probably make stamina improving medicine with some work. Perhaps she could study up on psychology so as to help in that area?
"Now let's see..." Lelouch cracked his knuckles. He reached up and rubbed her shoulders through her uniform. "How does this feel?"
"Nice," Nina honestly answered. "Not too rough. Not too gentle."
"Hrm... Milly was right," Lelouch said. "I definitely feel a lot of tension." Well, yes. Like a lot of introverts Nina was pretty stressed out about the whole 'social interaction' schtick. "Let's see if I can do anything about that..."
It turned out that he could indeed do something about her stress.
If one were to use a metaphor, then it may have been like opening the flood walls of a dam that had filled up to the limits. One moment Nina was just quietly considering Lelouch’s actions and how exactly they could help with seduction, then the next she was all but cumming her brains out. She wasn't even sure how he'd done it exactly. His hands were on her shoulders, then trailing down her back - and then everything went white and somehow she was on her knees, panting and in desperate need of new underwear.
"Hrm, yes, this does seem quite effective," Lelouch said. "However... It is entirely dependant on the girl allowing me to touch in such a way for long enough to set her off. I am quite certain that most girls would tell me to stop before it reached this point. This rather limits its use as a seduction technique. Would you not agree, Nina?"
Nina nodded and realised that her tongue was hanging out.
"Perhaps if rumours were spread that I had impressive massage skills..." he considered. "Ah, that will be a good start. However! It is also prudent to develop as many weapons at your disposal as possible. Therefore, Nina Einstein: I would like you to develop an aphrodisiac for me. Can you do this?"
"Th-that will be quite the challenge," Nina said. "Rich and powerful people have been trying to create or discover a chemical compound that induces arousal for centuries. If such a thing were easily made, these with money and connections could have anyone they wanted.” There was a pause, because even as she said that, her brain was already considering the possibilities. She could hardly help herself. It was unquestionable that such a thing would help Lelouch out tremendously.
"I will arrange for limitless resources to come your way," Lelouch said. "All you need to do is ask, and I shall... arrange for the right people to gift you what you need."
That.. opened possibilities. Research in that area wasn’t her normal interest, but she knew that it had happened. There simply hadn’t been anything conclusive discoveries. It was possible that with enough effort, she could find something.. or perhaps create an artificial compound that brought about the desired results. It wouldn't be difficult to sell as a genuine piece of 'medical research' either. Such a substance could have genuinely helpful medical effects for these who had difficulty in getting sexually aroused.
And well, she was sure there were some people who would see a more.. Sketchy use and decide to support the research for such reasons. Normally, such a thing would have bothered her. But if it helped Lelouch to seduce whoever he wanted? Why, she would happily contaminate the water supply and start an school wide orgy that way.
"I'll begin work on it right away!" Nina said.
"Clean yourself up first," Lelouch instructed. "It would cause difficulty if people figured out what had happened here. Do what you can to keep things discreet."

- It's about time Lelouch accidentally used his Geass on someone else.
- Nina begins her experiments.
- Lelouch spends some time with Shirley setting up for the festival.
- Meanwhile, Lelouch's weird behaviour hasn't gone unnoticed.
