Story: Milly Gets a Geass

I've decided to include a little vulnerability here, so please enjoy the next installment of Milly Gets a Geass. Last updated here.

“That does sound interesting,” Melissa said, nuzzling her head between Milly’s breasts. “But consider this: If Lulu’s green-haired girlfriend is responsible for this rather wonderful turn of events…”

“I see, I see!” Lonnie said. “Then it stands to reason that she’d do something like this for him as well, doesn’t it?”

Milly allowed herself to smile at that thought. Yes, it rather did stand to reason, didn’t it? She excitedly tousled the hair of the two club presidents and all three of them shared a creepily similar laugh - if not in tone then certainly inflection - and thought carefully about the implications this might have. Lulu was a very clever boy, oh yes, very clever. Loved a good game of chess, he did! The fact that he might well have kept such an ability secret was hardly a surprise; why, Milly was hardly planning to advertise the fact herself. He had probably never used it on her, though with the other student council members there was simply no way to tell. None at all. If anything, Lulu would probably only use that kind of ability to keep his dear, sweet little sister safe.

And then there was the possibility that Lulu had deliberately instructed his cute girlfriend to bestow this ability upon her for his own reasons. No, no! That was hardly his style at all! Besides which, how could he have known that she planned to pay him a visit at that time? No matter how Milly tried to cut up that particular cake there was only one conclusion to be reached at the end of it all.

“Lulu’s got a secret,” she said in an almost sing-song manner. “My goodness! I wonder what he might be up to with an ability like this?”

“Hm… I was starting to wonder if you could do it again,” Lonnie remarked, casually tracing a finger up and down Milly’s thigh.

“My, my! That is a good point!” Melisa conceded. “After all, for all you know it might have been a one-time deal. Just us and that’s all! Hm… Melissa dearie has a few club members that are almost as uptight as her. They could certainly do with a little unwinding, if this new talent of yours works correctly.”

“Hm, I’d have to say that a few of the tennis club members might well be worse off than the badminton club,” Lonnie said. “A little bit of Ashford spirit in them could certainly do them wonders!”

“Ah-ah-ah!” Milly said. “Now, now, the pair of you! Let’s not bicker amongst ourselves. After all, that’s the very reason these two came here in the first place.”

“And once we got here, we came again!” Melissa quipped. All three chuckled at that, and once again it was quite eerily similar. “Very well, then how about this? All three of us separately try to use it on the first person from our clubs we meet and see if anything happens. If it’s a bust, why, we call up and compare notes as soon as we’re all clear.”

“Now that’s a plan we can all get behind!” Lonnie said, somewhat reluctantly rising to his feet and reclaiming his scattered items of clothing. “Much as I would love to stay and bask in such delightful companionship, time holds still for no one! Besides which, we have some curiosity to satisfy!”

Lelouch wasn’t entirely certain he’d ever quite get used to these contact lenses. Thing about that for anyone just starting up is how much it itches the eye as it acclimates to the fact that there is something directly over it, a thin layer that is not a part of the body. Which is not a natural state to be in at all. Still. Needs must, lest he accidentally command someone to do something he really did not intend, a lesson he’d learned far too late as it was…

All of a sudden he was being whirled around in place and found himself face to face with none other than the class president herself. “Lulu, Lulu, are you still down?” she asked, that mischievous little grin on her face. What was she up to this time, then? “Why don’t you relax and let me help you out, hun?”

“The offer is appreciated,” he said with as much of a smile as his performance skills would muster. “But I assure you if there were anything I needed help with, you would be the first I would ask.”

She seemed a little disappointed, perhaps even surprised at his refusal. A little of the glint disappeared from her eye as well, and… And it was strange. For a moment he thought he saw… No, must be seeing things, surely. After all, the idea of Milly possessing a Geass… Lelouch gave an involuntary shudder, and decided not to dwell too much upon the nightmares he might well have tonight.

No reaction? How disappointing! Oh, it would have been so much fun to see Lelouch adopt her body language and mannerisms. Not to mention all the juicy little secrets he’d have spilled. But alas, it was not to be!

Her phone buzzed, and Milly slipped away to the side to answer it after checking the number. Melissa, by all appearances. Excellent. “Tell me some good news!” Milly said, watching Lelouch wandering off the corridor and rubbing around his eyes. Poor boy must not be getting enough sleep lately.

“Sorry, hun. No luck here!” Melissa said sounding just about as disappointed as Milly felt. “How about you? Met up with Lulu yet?”

“I most certainly did, and nothing happened.”

“Ah! But that does make a peculiar kind of sense,” Melissa said. “Doubtless his girlfriend has given him some form of protection in case of such an eventuality!”

Oh ho! Now, that was interesting! Here was Milly, moping about her apparent loss of her new ability, when this other her in another mind thought of something obvious that she’d missed! Hm, perhaps she was developing a mind of her own?

“Good morning, Madame President,” said a voice behind her. Milly turned around with a barely restrained mischievous grin to face Rivalz, standing there with a stack of papers. “I finished filling in the budget requests for… Is something wrong? I… Uh…”

There it was again. The same feeling, the burning in her eye that had no effect on Lelouch… But this time she could feel it. Pushing its way into Rivalz’s mind, twisting it, altering it, moulding it… And in the blink of an eye his entire body language started to shift.

“My, my!” Rivalz said. “How very interesting. Very interesting indeed!”

“Ugh…”  Melissa’s voice said on the phone. “My head… Huh? Who - Who is this?”

Milly’s eyebrows rose in mild surprise, and her gaze flickered between phone and Rivalz, who was taking the time to pat down his body and smiling like a naughty little secret was playing on his lips, aching to be told. “Nothing to worry about, Melissa!” Milly said. “We were just discussing certain measures you’ll be taking to promote an understanding with the tennis club. Ah! But bear with me one moment, a fellow student council member appears to want me for something. Rivalz dear, would you mind taking a back seat for a moment? I want to test out something.”

Rivalz shot her a quizzical look, but shrugged and seemed a bit dazed for a moment while Milly listened intently to her phone, saying in the process “How are you feeling now?”

“Ooh, that was… unusual!” Melissa said, her tone changing back once again. “For a moment there, it was like being I’d fallen in quicksand! Trying to grasp dear Melissa’s mind was like trying to hold mist. You seem to have an idea of what just happened, so spill!”

“It’s just a theory for the time being, hun, I’ll tell you about it later on. Just hang back for a bit and let Melissa take charge for now, ’kay?” Milly snapped her phone shut and turned her attention towards Rivalz with a knowing smirk. “Now, why don’t you step into the student council room for a moment? We have some very important things to discuss, don’t we?”
