This was a new experience for her. Ravel had never been both bored and horny before. Largely because she'd rarely been horny before. No man that she'd met had really worked her engines, so to speak, or lit a fire in her gut. And she was pretty sure she wasn't into women. After all, her dumb pervert of a brother had gathered quite the assortment of girls to suit every taste under the sun - and none of them ha
While that nonsense was going on...
Kasumi Tendo, Nodoka Saotome, Hinako Ninomiya, and Kodachi Kuno stood at the entrance of the infamous Tunnel of Cursed Love, an unlikely quartet drawn together by curiosity, amusement, and in some cases, sheer whimsy.
The contrast between them was striking—Kasumi’s serene grace, her long chestnut hair neatly tied back as she exuded an air of gentle refinement; Nodoka’s noble composure, her traditional kimono emphasizing her dignified bearing; Hinako’s childlike enthusiasm, her petite frame practically vibrating with excitement as she clutched a five-yen coin; and Kodachi’s dramatic flair, her long black hair flowing behind her, her aristocratic features set in a smirk that promised mischief.
They peered into the dimly lit passageway where a faint mist clung to the ground, and eerie whispers echoed from within, though none of them seemed particularly concerned.
"Oh my," Kasumi said, tilting her head as she admired the old wooden archway at the entrance.
"What a charming little attraction."
"Indeed!" Nodoka agreed, nodding approvingly. "A test of love and fortitude! How romantic."
"I just think it sounds fun!" Hinako chimed in, bouncing on her heels in her childlike form. "A haunted tunnel where ghosts test couples? How exciting!"
"Ohohoho!" Kodachi let out her signature laugh, dramatically flicking her hair. "Foolish spirits! Let them try whatever tricks they wish—I shall not be fazed!"
The four stepped inside, the wooden beams groaning under their weight. The flickering lanterns lining the walls cast long, shifting shadows. Almost immediately, the air grew colder.
"Ah, guests! And not a single couple among them! How... unorthodox!" a ghostly voice purred from the darkness. "And one of them is kinda... young?"
A second voice, high-pitched and conspiratorial, chimed in. "No matter! We can still have our fun with the rest of them!"
With that, a gust of wind blew through the tunnel, extinguishing several lanterns and casting the group into deeper shadow. The eerie laughter of unseen spirits swirled around them. Taunting, teasing, watching with delight at what might happen next.
Hinako clapped her hands in delight. "Oh! They’re really dedicated to this, aren’t they? Yay!" She clutched at Nodoka's kimono, her actions not quite matching her words. Hard to believe that she was the second oldest of this group.
Kasumi smiled pleasantly. "They must put in so much effort to keep this place running."
Kodachi, arms crossed, smirked. "Let’s see what tricks these specters have in store. Ohohoho! They shall not scare the Black Rose... Though perhaps, if I came here with Ranma-darling~" It doesn't take much imagination to conjure what she was thinking of in that moment: Herself pretending to be scared, clinging to Ranma (who would more likely be afraid of her than any ghost).
The ghosts wasted no time in messing with their new guests.
First, the floor seemed to tilt ever so slightly, making the women wobble and collide into one another. Then, shifting shadows made it seem like hands were reaching from the walls, stretching toward them. Finally, a distant wail, like a lovelorn maiden mourning a lost love, echoed through the tunnel.
Most people would have been unnerved. Most people might have felt a bit of the old misattribution of arousal. Most people might have become so unnerved that they accidentally tripped one of the numerous traps strewn throughout the cavern, tailor made to compel the unwary to separate themselves from the group, douse themselves in aphrodisiac, or any of the other myriad methods the tunnel used to turn them into lusty nymphomaniacs.
Kasumi simply adjusted her step to compensate for the tilting floor, effortlessly regaining balance. "Oh, how clever! A moving walkway."
Nodoka calmly sidestepped the reaching shadows, effortlessly dodging them as though avoiding a child’s clumsy grasp. "This is quite well done. Such dedication to theatrics!"
Kodachi stifled a chuckle. "Amusing, but hardly threatening." Then she let loose a laugh that was far more chilling than any ghastly wail.
The ghosts, mildly perplexed by their lack of effect, stepped up their game.
A wooden beam creaked, then snapped from above, sending a large, tattered banner plummeting toward them. In a blur, Nodoka caught it mid-fall, folded it neatly, and handed it off to Kasumi, who instinctively patted it down and smoothed out the fabric.
"Oh, it’s handmade!" Kasumi remarked. "How lovely."
The spirits, now deeply offended, resorted to desperate measures. A gust of spectral wind kicked up, sending flower petals swirling in an attempt to create a dramatic romantic atmosphere.
Hinako sneezed. "Oh, that tickles!"
But the forceful motion had an unintended consequence. The spirits had come too close—too close to Hinako, who was still in her child form. Her instincts kicked in.
Without thinking, she pulled out a five-yen coin, flashing it with expert precision. "HappÅ Five-Yen Satsu!"
A golden light flared as she drained the spectral energy from the nearest ghosts, their wispy forms unraveling as they let out startled cries.
Kodachi raised an eyebrow. "Oh?"
When the glow faded, Hinako stood in her adult form, tall and poised, with a striking, almost ethereal beauty. Her once-childlike frame had transformed into that of a statuesque woman, her long, honey-blonde hair cascading down her back in shimmering waves. Her sharp blue eyes gleamed with newfound mischief, and her previously soft, rounded features had sharpened into those of a confident, commanding presence. She stretched, rolling her shoulders as if adjusting to the weight of her more mature form, then flicked her hair back with an effortless grace—
And her lips curled into a playful smirk. The ghosts had not vanished completely. Instead, their mischievous energy had… transferred. Kodachi caught the glint in Hinako’s eyes and immediately recognized it for what it was: trouble.
Hinako stretched languidly, flexing her fingers as if testing new possibilities. "Oho… This could be fun."
Kodachi crossed her arms, watching with wry amusement as Hinako's gaze flickered toward their unsuspecting companions. Kasumi and Nodoka were too busy discussing the fabric of the banner to notice. The ghosts, still recovering from their partial draining, watched in horror.
Kodachi, however, simply smirked. Now this, she thought, would be entertaining.
