Sailor Pluto was a woman of duty over everything else. In truth, she was being lenient in even allowing this stranger to make her case at all. "YOu should not have come here," she told this person from another universe. "I shall take your warning to heart, but my responsibilities are clear: The taboo must not be broken. I must eliminate you, here and now!"
The woman tensed up slightly. "You are making a grave mistake," she said. And then she threw something down into the ground that produced a blinding light. By the time Sailor Pluto could see again, the ship was already retreating, now doubt returning to wherever it came from. Pluto lifted her Garnet Rod, and made ready to release a Dead Scream... But stopped. The ship was too far now. If she gave chase, she risked someone else attempting to sneak through in her absence. Next time it arrived, she would destroy it on sight. She was, after all, a woman with a firm duty.
That being said: Sailor Pluto did not get to have such a responsibility without an inkling of common sense. She had prohibited their entrance for several reasons: They may not have been as friendly as they first seemed. She may be allied with the mysterious plant that she had mentioned, or she might have honestly opposed it... But that didn't necessarily make her a friend to their reality either.
She may have brought microbes from her own reality that were as great a threat as anything else. Or her technology may not function properly under the rules of their reality. There could be no exceptions permitted, and those were the reasons. There were too many variables, too many unknowns with too big a risk to let her in.
That being said... She did still have another duty: To at least look into the bizarre claims to see what she might find. The only problem was that she couldn't leave the gates herself to do that, except sparingly. And on top of that she didn't have the faintest clue where to start looking for any trace of such a thing.
Add all that up and she really only had one realistic course of action to take.
"Calling Michiru," Sailor Pluto spoke into the Gates of Time. She took a deep breath and tapped her foot. That was the problem with being out of time. There were occasions where you had to wait for someone else to pick up the slack. "Sailor Neptune, please respond," she tried a little more urgently. How strange, they usually answered by now. "Sailor Neptune!"
Aha, there we go! An image settled in, with Michiru's face filling it up. She seemed a trifle annoyed. Though, come to think, the image was a little blurry. Sailor Pluto carefully tapped the side of the gate with her finger. Strange, the reception for this thing was usually better than this...
"Hello Setsuna. How may you trouble me today?" Michiru asked, giving Sailor Pluto a rather cold smile. That was just how Michiru was, though.
"I have had a strange encounter at the gates of space and time," Pluto told her. The image distorted again. How peculiar! It doesn't normally do that. "A woman from another universe claimed that there was some manner of plant form, which she suspected may have infiltrated our reality in spite of our defenses."
"Really now, Setsuna. You called me to tell you about some poor woman you've obliterated?"
To that, Pluto shook her head. Not least of which because she hadn't actually managed to obliterate the would-be-intruder. "Her story seemed too specific and surreal to be invented. It may merit investigation beyond what I am capable of." Blast it! Another distortion! What was wrong with this? For a moment Pluto was worried that the advanced technology of that visiting spacecraft may have done something to the gate. However...
"In other words, you called me so urgently while I was in the shower so that we may conduct your legwork for you."
Ah. Actually, that might explain it. Come to think, Michiru did seem to have a sort of elegant wetlook about her. More than usual at any rate. And those distortions could now be understood as steam or water vapour refracting the light.
"A-at any rate, if you do investigate then please show caution," Pluto warned, keeping her composure over her now realised mistake. "Apparently this plant has some measure of mind controlling abilities. Based on the behaviour of the intruder, it probably uses the pollen as a means to initiate control. Please keep me informed of anything unusual."
"Unusual?" Michiru asked. "My dear, in our line of work unusual is the normal. Neptune out."
Good. For as annoyed as Sailor Neptune probably was with the interruption, Pluto felt confident that matters were in perfectly good hands. Neptune and Uranus both took their duties as Outer Senshi every bit as seriously as she did. Ridiculous though those claims may be, if there were any merit to them then they would hunt it down and bring it to light.
Now all she was concerned with were the motivations of the unknown intruder. If only she had the means to track them down...

Would you be terribly surprised to learn that the intruder's intentions were not as straightforward as they first appeared? On returning to her own dimension, Scout - for that was her name - stepped outside of her ship and peeled off her spacesuit with obvious relish, revealing a delightful almost naked feminine body that had been hidden beneath the bulky equipment.
You may noted the "almost" in that previous statement. Indeed, there was precious little covering her body. In point of fact, there were two small attachments fitted neatly across her nipples, and a metallic covering over her labia. Everything else was bare, and really quite pleasing to the eye.
"All hail the Pervrtix!" Scout saluted smartly.
"All hail the Pervtrix!" saluted three other women who were similarly attired, with the sole difference being their colour scheme. Scout's was blue, another's was red, yet still another was black and the last white. Their hair colours all matched their attire perfectly.
"Sailor Pluto is likely to be a bigger problem than we first believed," Scout told them. "My assessment is that she is rampantly paranoid and in desperate need of connection to the Pervtrix!"
The woman with the white hair stepped forward and bowed. "Were you able to ascertain whether our enemy had infiltrated this universe?"
"No," Scout admitted. She suddenly winced as though in great pain. "No, please! Give it back! S-Sailor Pluto made it clear she would eliminate me before checking! If she killed me I could not issue my report!" She relaxed and a faint, if slightly goofy smile came to her face.
"This is quite unfortunate," observed the redhead. "My, my. If a cutting of that plant has been able to make a spearhead into that universe, it could prove quite troublesome. Our own analysis indicates a high probability it will possess an extremely potent power source."
"Either way, we must create our own spearhead," the black haired woman confidently stated. "This universe is tactically quite useful to us. So. If it is possible for a seed from our enemy to sneak through undetected, perhaps it is also possible for one of our toys to as well...?"
Toys indeed. They all knew what she meant. After all, they were all wearing them too. Addictive sentient vibrators with a tendency to spread their influence throughout the multiverse, seizing control of reality after reality, with the only entity that has ever truly been able to resist them being a big stupid energy draining plant. For eons they have crossed paths. Sometimes the plant would win. Other times the Pervtrix.
Now, it seemed as though their sights were set on the world of the Sailor Scouts. A war of perverts was about to begin! And whoever wins, so do we.
- Meanwhile, the Inners continue their perverted domination of the school.
- The Pervrtix sends through a "toy"... Which is discovered by a Youma!
- The Pervtrix sends through a "toy"... Which is found by an Outer!
- The Outers begin their investigation and soon arrive at the Tsukino residence.
- Something else
