Story: HHL Sailor Moon

Dr Saeko Mizuno was one of the few people native to this reality that had any real idea of what was going on. She understood all too well that her world, her reality was being slowly but surely overwhelmed with new rules, new thinking and if she was perfectly honest about it? That thought excited her. It was so interesting, so different and unique. It had made her personal and professional life so much more interesting than it would have been otherwise. She had been taken from her position as a mere Doctor, working in a hospital, and hired by ECCHI as one of their top researchers.

Needless to say, but she had seen a few things in her time. The worlds out there were truly diverse and fascinating to behold, so much medical knowledge would be required to properly administer to all of them. Was it any wonder they had sought out recruitment from each unique world? Of course they had to do that. Though some might have called her a traitor to her reality, Saeko had no illusions that this would have succeeded with or without her assistance. All she wanted to do was make things a little bit easier for everyone, help understanding of the various phenomena in play. Make the transition as smooth as it possibly could be.

"Sorry ma'am, crime scene." A policeman stopped her from approaching the jewellry store. "Can't let you through until we're done."

She looked behind him, and could see the suspects being led into a van. Doctor Mizuno reached into her white coat and pulled out a badge. She didn't say a word, the man simply turned pale and saluted her on the spot.

"Sorry, Ma'am! I mean, Doctor!" he corrected himself. "I didn't realise you were here with ECCHI!"

"No, it's quite alright. You were just doing your job," she said. "Those two are a known entity. Troublemakers across a few universes. I'd like you to arrange for them to be sent off towards the nearest ECCHI office for immediate detainment. Take no risks. The man in particular strikes me as dangerous. No women are allowed anywhere near him in particular, he's especially dangerous to them."

That was a lie. She didn't give a damn about the perpetrators. Neither of them had half the perverted potential to induce the effect her superiors had told her about, though the man certainly had his fair share. Still, she had to leave them with a false impression. It gave her justification to do what she really came her to do. Namely:

"I would like to talk to the witnesses as soon as possible," she said. Then, looking around to ensure it was safe, she asked "Their names and details?"

"W-well, the shop is owned by Mayumi Osaka," he gestured inside to the oldest woman of the group. Very pretty, if she was any judge. "That's her daughter Naru," gesturing to a redhead, who definitely took after her mother. Both of them were sitting in a seat taking a drink from a cup. "And lastly, Usagi Tsukino who is a friend to the family."

Saeko looked around a little. Usagi was sitting separately from the others, bent over a little to peer at the jewellry. Another girl? Interesting. When Doctor Mizuno first heard about "Erotic Energy," or "Perverted Power", she had initially assumed it would be men that were most potent in its use. And that was partly correct for a lot of them. However, men tended to be much less subtle about their use of it. Not all of them mind, but that was the trend. According to Saeko's current theories there were as many women as there were men with the ability to manipulate the new rules to their advantage: They were simply - on the whole - being a bit more subtle about it, more often than not.

"A little privacy please?" she requested. Now, which to talk to first...? The answer came to her after a moment of looking over them carefully. All Doctors have to watch body language for cues that might be indication of symptoms the patient may not realise are symptoms, and what she was seeing from both Osakas was something she'd also seen in the would be robbers, but not Miss Tsukino. A little thing called 'afterglow'.

"Miss Tsukino?" Saeko said, flashing the girl her most sincere and pleasant smile. "I'm Doctor Mizuno, and I am assisting the police with this case. You don't mind if we have a private chat upstairs?"

Usagi smiled back, and Saeko found herself caught aback. It wasn't that the girl was pretty, it was just... Something else she couldn't put her finger on. As in, no matter how much she tried she couldn't put her finger on it, and even the fact that was a little strange was... Kind of... Not really all that important? The two of them went upstairs, Usagi skipping along the way full of energy and excitement which was really not the reaction your usual witness to a violent crime would have.

"So, you're from ECCHI, right?" Usagi asked as soon as the door closed behind them. She was suddenly staring up at Saeko with big, no make that huge puppy dog eyes that threatened to devour the doctor whole. "Am I right? I'm right, aren't I? You've noticed my potential and come to recruit me!"

"Recruit you?" Saeko blinked and mulled that over. If she was capable of doing what they picked up... "Do you think you have qualities that would merit ECCHI recruiting you?"

Now the girl was starting to twiddle her thumbs while staring up at the ceiling, acting all innocent all of a sudden. "Mmmmaybe?" she coyly answered. Well. And there she was being worried about this girl clamming up and playing stupid. Then again, it might be a way to get her to lower her guard... Saeko crossed her arms and looked her over. A different strategy was needed here, it seemed, to properly handle this girl.

"For now, I would like you to keep quiet about what happened here today. I'll keep your name out of any news report, we'll have an off-duty agent take responsibility." That seemed reasonable. The less attention paid to this girl, the better for everyone involved.

"Aw, I can't take credit for it?" Usagi asked. She puffed up her cheeks and stomped her foot, somehow causing her skirt to flip up. Legs. Very nice legs. Wearing a skirt that long was a crime against humanity, she would be much better suited to walking around in a much, much tinier skirt. The girl crossed her arms indignantly, unconsciously pushing her breasts up. Saeko swallowed nervously. "And after all my hard work, too! Well... I guess I shouldn't complain. I guess Naru's okay, and that's what really matters. Right?"

"Right," Saeko said, and suddenly she remembered to breathe again. This girl... Did she just do that by accident? "Usagi... How exactly did you stop the criminal?" To which, Usagi put her hands up to her forehead in imitation of a rabbit, lifted her back foot - "No, I don't mean show me!" Saeko quickly interrupted. Her instincts as a researcher were warning her not to let this happen while she was right there in the room. "I mean... Generally. What happened? Would I be correct in thinking you seduced them into submission?"

Usagi stared at her for a moment, and then for absolutely no good reason her skirt flipped up again. Oof! This girl was strong in the ways of perversion. Strong... But with limited control. This girl was in desperate need of training. If she could release that much power and couldn't control it, it would risk bringing everything they'd been working for to ruin!

But on the other hand, if they could bring her to heel... If they could pull off that miracle...

"Here is my card," Saeko said. "Please contact us if you need any support. I don't see any other reason to keep you here. You're free to go home."

Realistically, she ought to be bringing this girl in for a full analysis and training. But on the other hand, Saeko was a mother herself. She knew too well that Usagi's family must be extremely worried about her, and maybe she could sympathise a little given that her own daughter was rather an above average pervert as well.

Besides which, she had a funny feeling that Usagi would be knocking down their door soon enough. The girl's hero complex was as transparent as a sheer silk nightie. A chance to work with ECCHI directly, on her own terms? There was no need to force the issue at all. You caught more flies with honey than with vinegar. Or at the very least, you caught the flies more worth catching.

Luna hung back in the bushes, watching the jewelry shop with great attention. Oh yes, that was where it had happened. Whatever it was. The building was surrounded by Police, and what looked like journalists interested in a story. Luna hung back for the time being. She watched and listened from afar. Cats have very good hearing, so she can hear every word of the report given to the camera.

"Our reports indicate that the store was nearly robbed today by two armed individuals. Their identity is currently unknown, and they have been taken into custody. The event in question has apparently occurred shortly after a diplomat from another world had left this humble store, having purchased goods without incident. According to current information, an as yet unidentified off-duty ECCHI agent apprehended the criminals and rescued the owner."

"That's a lie," said an unfamiliar voice. Luna nearly jumped out of her fur, but she forced herself to mewl and look up at a man standing next to her, stroking his chin, deep in thought. "I'm certain of it... They're lying about something, but why do I know that?" He grasped the side of his head. "Why do I think of a girl with golden hair, shimmering like the sun? This doesn't make any sense!"

Luna quickly stepped away from the weird man. Actually, weird was the word of the day. The entire world was... Odd. She'd seen people walking around who didn't seem like they belonged here, in this world and in htis society. What had that woman said about 'another world'? Troublesome, definitely. Perhaps it would be better if she left and -

And...

A girl stepped out of the store. Luna's vision narrowed onto her, to the exclusion of everything else. She ignored the woman in the white coat standing next to her, shielding the girl's face from the nearby cameras. That girl... Could she be one of - Possibly! It was entirely possible. Blast it! She needed a closer look. If her instincts were right, then the Dark Kingdom would soon be on the rise - assuming they weren't already. Forget about all this weirdness. This cat had a job to do!

Ah, but this must surely be the happiest she would be in her life. Usagi Tsukino! Soon to be superhero in training! Her talents had been recognised and she'd been scouted out for greatness! Oh, how happy she was. Truly now, she was so amazingly happy. Doctor Mizuno had been so kind as to give her a lift home. Best way to avoid unwanted attention from the press. Teehee! Yes, that made sense now that she thought about it. Keep your new best asset a secret! That was the way to go!

"You seem rather fidgety," Doctor Mizuno observed. Usagi immediately cut that out and tried to sit still. But she was so excited, so brimming with energy that she simply couldn't help it! "Relax a little, I'm sure your family isn't annoyed at you. If anything you can expect a big treat of your choice."

Ooh, she hadn't even thought of that! Fidgeting renewed, and taken to the next level! Doctor Mizuno seemed to find this tremendously amusing. "You seem to be a great deal stronger than anyone I've ever met. Even my own daughter... I wonder what you will be capable of once we've taught you how to control it?"

Taught her? Wait a minute. That meant lessons. Classes. Education! Yawn! "Can't I learn, you know... On the job? As it were?" she asked hopefully. "I'm a lot more of an active learner..." But Doctor Mizuno shook her head.

"For the levels of power we're talking about we'll need to structure lessons very carefully. Make sure you understand the theory. We wouldn't want you hurting anyone, now would we?"

"Of course not," Usagi answered while internally screaming. "That's the last thing we -"

And then something hit their armoured vehicle, hit it like a truck. Miraculously, Usagi was unharmed. Then again, for some reason she'd really never been badly hurt by anything in her life... Also, Doctor Mizuno had landed on top of her, which left only the driver to be worried about.

"What's going on out there?" Doctor Mizuno yelled.

"It's a bunch of P.R.U.D.E.s!" the driver retorted.

Prudes? Usagi looked towards Doctor Mizuno for an explanation. "Think of them as anti-ECCHI forces," she said. "For some reason they're resistant to perversion. They disapprove very strongly of ECCHI's goal for multiversal peace - or at least the methods being used to attain it."

"But... Why, though?" Usagi asked, genuinely confused. What could anyone possibly have against using perversion to promote peaceful understanding between cultures so inherently different that they originated in completely different universes? She peered outside the armoured van, and saw three masked figures.

"I wouldn't bother," Doctor Mizuno said. "When I say immune, I mean that experienced agents can't so much as make the women laugh, never mind aroused. Get under cover and stay there. If you try anything, it'll only make things worse."

Oh, come on now! Really? She had to sit this out? Honestly, it surprised her to learn there were even people around who were totally immune to Perverted Power, and - were those assault rifles?! Where on earth - where on any earth had they found those?

"Come on out, ya pervs!" the short, stocky one yelled. "I know you're from ECCHI! Let's see your faces!"

Oh no! This was even scarier than the robbers, and honestly now. This sort of thing happens to her twice in the same night?! What were the odds of that? Actually, don't tell her the odds. She kind of failed that test the first time around... Usagi kept her head down while Doctor Mizuno and the driver left the truck to get into a firefight - and honest to goodness firefight! Uwah, guns were so loud! Louder than on television, this was so much scarier than the robbers!

"H-Hey... You... There!" said an out of breath talking black cat, which was leaning its front paw on Usagi's thigh. "Oh mercy me... This van was so fast! Ah, give me a moment please to catch my breath." And just like that, Usagi's worries were forgotten. It was kind of difficult to be especially worried when a really cute little talking black cat shows up out of nowhere, all out of breath, leaning on Usagi for support and sucking in air. I mean, look at her that's so adorable! Weird, but adorable!

Little did she realise, things were yet to even begin to get weird.

 1. It turns out that transforming into Sailor Moon unleashes Usagi's full perverted potential and she cannot control it at all.
 2. Alternatively, it's the same level as ever but she can control it way better.
 3. The only difference from usual Sailor Moon is that all of her attacks have an inherently perverted nature. Everything else is the same.
 4. There's no difference at all between this and normal Sailor Moon.
 5. Something else
