Discussion: Ranmasexual + First Impressions
Ranmasexual: I'm considering having Akane try asking for help in seducing Ranma, while he's being cornered by the boys and asked about his relationship with the most impossible to approach girl in school. This somehow leads into Kuno discovering the curse and feeling greatly relieved or possibly disturbed even more.
First Impressions: Lum seduces Shinobu using loopholes in the rules they laid out, while Ataru has himself a rather distracting threesome.
Any particular thoughts about these threads?

First Impressions: No complaints about what's been suggested. I will add a suggestion that after Lum has seduced Shinobu she then shows her what's going on with Ataru via a viewscreen, showing Ataru in the midst of red-hot sex with Benten and Oyuki. This of course makes Shinobu explode in rage, but said rage is then immediately deflated when Lum asks her to the effect of "isn't this what you just did?" or something similar.
ReplyDeleteThis is then followed (possibly through an elaborate maneuver or two) with Ataru and Shinobu facing each other. They start with arguing and bickering - each accusing the other of cheating - before they grab each other and start having wild sex.
Lum, Benten & Oyuki watching the whole thing (with one of them munching on popcorn) is optional. ^_^
I dunno. I’ve become a bit ambivalent on First Impressions, it seems. I think it’s because I don’t particularly like any of the characters at this point. So while I don’t have any real opinion on the events described, I would strongly endorse any developments that make the characters seem less like self-centered, shallow jerks.
DeleteAs for Ranmasexual, that seems pretty good. I’m still kind of confused by the Kuno development, but I’m for it as long as it continues to be funny.
Erm, actually, the characters of Urusei Yatsura being self-centered, shallow jerks is pretty much canon. There are really no white knights in the series. Some are worse than others, though (i.e Ryoko).
DeleteI’m well aware that there are no “white knights” in the series. But there’s still a big difference between comically awful and mostly heartless (as all five of them, to somewhat varying degrees, have been portrayed in this thread so far).
DeleteSounds fun. and I still think the kuno angle is a hillarious twist on the usual 'Kuno goes starry eyed over Ranma-chan'. Heck, would love seeing more Akane swooning over Ranma-chan as well when she helps her hide.
ReplyDeleteAnd hey, now he has something in common with Akane. Declaring her a Rival would be amusing.
