Akane's Titnosis: Maybe continue from last time and have Akane trying to get martial art's training from Shampoo despite the temptation to just indulge in their new tits? Since Shampoo has been titnotized more maybe she's more fully her the spell's power and trying to get Akane to give in more to letting her tits control her mind/want to expand the harem (and stop focusing on things other than sex/mind control)?
Alternately, maybe Kasumi goes to Dr Tofu to show off her own hypnotic breasts so he doesn't try to interfere/seek a cure?

With that, this could be used to build more rapport between the gals and add more to their characters/backstories. Given the theme of this thread, the developments should be unexpected and unorthodox.
Anti-Harem: You know, I don't think there are enough women that are directly or indirectly tormenting Lelouch's desperate libido. Let's add another.
At this point, the most logical choice in the current plot would either be Viletta or Sayoko. But you could reach further and introduce a female character much earlier than they should appear, or even go into the novels/games for their characters.
