We've all seen that moment in a shounen series where the power of friendship gives the hero the last burst of power they need to strike the bad guy down. Hell, we've seen it in Sailor Moon! Well, you're seeing it again here. Jupiter slumped over to the floor, completely exhausted, while Sailor Moon arose from the ashes like a phoenix. If the phoenix was a supernaturally hot girl, as opposed to a supernaturally hot bird.
Then again in some parts of the world, bird is slang for girl - You know what, never mind we're going off on a tangent here. The point is that Sailor Moon was rising, glowing brightly like a beacon of hope. Though that didn't last long before she became a beacon of wanton lust instead. Her succubus wings sprouted out of her back, and her body began to shift and change, while she writhed and moaned. Still apparently asleep, but having a very, very nice dream. Her breasts began to swell, her hips flared out, her buttocks grew firmer yet meatier, and her legs longer. The light around her began to shine brighter, brighter still, and then -
It zapped out across the corridor like lightning, striking one nearby student and causing them to let out a wanton erotic moan. It then passed to the next nearest student, who had the same reaction, then on and on again and again without end. Our Sloth Demon was watching from afar, and felt that - honestly, this was a waste of energy. There was no need to do anything. It would burn itself out, that was way too much power. It would drain that girl before it had any effect at all, and by the time it had the first group would be under its spell yet again.
That was what it thought. An excuse to be lazy. Sloth is like that. It will take any excuse it can to not do anything at all. Even when it must do something that will be the barest minimum needed.
Except, hold on here. Now that it was getting a good look at that girl, those wings were rather like - and weren't those horns starting to grow out of her head? They were swiftly consumed by the odangos to hide them, but those were definitely succubus horns! Fairly large as well, and those wings were easily on par with some of the more powerful succubi! At least a General's level! How was a weak girl like this, living in the human world -
"Horny Moon Escalation!" Sailor - Or rather Succubus Moon cried out, sending energy cascading down the corridor that soon filled it up, causing all in its wake to climax where they were. The wettest of wet dreams washed over them all, and when it hit our Sloth Demon he found himself disintegrating from the purest concentration of horny energy that it had ever even heard of.
This girl... This girl was a major threat to the stability between the sins! She should have been taken more seriously as a threat... but it was too late to do anything now. Which meant that Sloth could rest its weary head... Any excuse will do, right?

That should be the end of it, right? The enemy was vanquished, everyone would wake up feeling confused and horny, and then go about their business. No qualms, no fuss, no muss. The Sailors would pretend all was right and normal with the world, ignore any pointed questions, play it down, then wait for the next incident.
Well... Yeah, that would be the case. If not for a very important point. You see, Sailor Moon's little temporary powerup there had been granted to her by Sailor Jupiter, which inevitably meant that their powers had combined in kind of a weird way. The power of 'dreams' and the power of 'attraction'. Though she had not realised it yet, Sailor Moon had given every single person in school the ultimate wet dream featuring her, and her alone. Or rather... Usagi Tsukino and Sailor Moon both.
Their sexual preferences? Irrelevant and overwritten. You're getting a horny dream over the idiot with the twintails. Oh, and the babe superhero in the short skirt at the same time. Both of them. They're gonna tag team you something fierce, which obviously means they're not the same person.
But that would come later. For now, they were meeting up after school at Rei's shrine, looking over the wings sprouting out of Usagi's back or looking at the horns in her hair.
"Hrm... it's a good thing these are retractable..." Ami said. "Sort of like bat wings. Leathery, but... strong. Have you tried taking flight yet? I wonder if they can support your weight."
"Hehehe!" Minako tittered, playing with the horns atop Usagi's head. "These horns are fun to play with, guys. When I touch them, it makes me feel really good!"
"You're not the only one," Rei said, gesturing to the drool coming from Usagi's mouth and the vacant expression in her eyes. "I think she's enjoying herself quite a bit, too."
"Shouldn't we be more worried about that weirdo?" Makoto asked. "I mean, he came out of nowhere, and right around the same time we got all these new sexy powers..."
They didn't have any answers, unfortunately. None of them really had the best handle on what was going on... Quite yet. It was clear there was a new enemy around. It was clear they would need to be on their guard. But until they had more information, the only thing they could do was - Wait and see. None of them liked that. None of them enjoyed the idea they'd have to wait until another enemy attacked before doing anything.
"Well, I guess we just hold back and wait for something weird to happen," Rei sighed. She didn't seem especially thrilled with that idea. "I doubt they'll try anything right away, but you guys be careful tomorrow, okay?"

That night, as Usagi slumbered in her bed, her dreams took a funny turn. A very funny turn. She could see the students and faculty at school, all of them, one at a time. Sleeping in their beds. She imagined herself opening their windows, while dressed in a jet black version of her normal Sailor uniform. Enormous bat wings sprouting from her back. Horns prominent atop her head. She imagined herself stalking across the room, rolling her hips, licking her lips, then reaching down a fingernail to their forehead and - Mmmm, so good! That's a nice deviant dream.
It happened over. And over. And over again. Each time, it sated her. Filled her. Satisfied her. Yet she could not stop. Every single one of them must be visited, and given a nice dream. A dream where they were made to submit, in full, to the future Queen of the Succubi...
A strange dream for her to have, indeed. A dream that she mostly forgot upon awakening.

You know, Usagi sure did feel weird this morning. Her parents were friskier than usual. Her dorky brother was avoiding eye contact with her. Heck, even the people on the street were acting up. It felt like she was getting a lot more attention than she was used to. Her wings weren't out, were they? No? Her hair was hiding her horns, right? Yep. It got worse when she was on school grounds. It felt like everyone was watching her. Absolutely everyone! What was it? What could it be? Maybe she should check in with Ami, she's super smart, she'll probably have it worked out in no time flat.
Ah, there she was now! Rushing out the classroom at high speed, eyes wide with concern. Usagi waved to her. "Good morning Ami!" she chirped. "Did you have a nice dream? I had a very nice - "
"Usagi, we have a problem!" Ami said, grabbing Usagi's hand and hauling her off towards the classroom. Once inside, all the students and Miss Haruna broke out into thunderous applause. Uh? This didn't seem like a problem. What was she talking about?
"Congratulations," Miss Haruna said. "This morning, there was an emergency vote among all the students and faculty." Huh? Huh?! An emergency vote? What for? "You see, the former student council president stood down. He said that he plainly couldn't match up to your natural talents, and so... We asked around and absolutely everyone agreed!"
There's a thing called the unamity paradox. The idea is fairly straightforward. Put out a poll of some sort for almost any topic. Do you prefer caramel or toffee? Something like that will do. Poll a thousand people. Record the answers diligently- and then take a look. How much would you trust that poll if every single person said they preferred one over the other?
You wouldn't, right? That's... weird. It's suspicious. It's the same thing that makes toothpaste ads say 9/10 dentists prefer this brand. A perfect score for preference sets off the bullshit alert. It almost certainly means there's something wrong in the methodology, or that the thing you're polling on isn't a subjective opinion but an objective fact, like 'is grass green' or 'does b come after a in the alphabet?' where you really ought to get a 100% response towards one answer over the other.
"Everyone wanted... what?" Usagi said, smiling through her eyes weren't.
"Congratulations, you're the new student council president!"
"All glory to Usagi!" everyone in class chanted in eerie, eerie unison.
Minako was cheering. Makoto was sighing. Ami was nervously fidgeting. Meanwhile, Usagi... she simply fainted on the spot. Can't really blame her, can you? It's not every day you accidentally brainwash an entire school into being your devoted servants because the mere sight of you arouses them too much to imagine saying no to literally anything you say, right?
