One factor had been left undiscussed in the Sailor's planning process, and that was - quite simply - how the hell were they going to <b>find</b> the enemy in the first place. As this was a key element to them being able to actually, you know, rescue their missing friend Sailor Mars it was definitely something they should be getting to promptly.
The fake Sailor Moon was also quite interested in what, precisely, they intended to do to resolve that little matter. All she saw around them was fake, phoney, slutty versions of her friends. Look at Sailor Mercury! With a butt like that, she should be afraid to leave the house! It was filthy, it was scandalous, it was an affront to Order! This would take all of her cunning, all of her guile, all of the wit that Usagi Tsukino (fake or real) could bring to bear!
"Soooo, about finding those mean, awful, no good Order clowns?" the Fake Usagi said, twiddling her thumbs and looking up at the ceiling all nonchalant and cool. "How are we going to find those devious, dastardly, cunning bastions of Order and security when they were far too careful to leave any leads? The fiends!"
Perfection. They suspected nothing.
Sailor Mercury was the one to speak up, because of course it was her. "I do have one idea," she said, holding up her Mercury Computer for inspection. "Maker, I think with a few tweaks, we could give everyone an Entropy scanner. What do you think?"
"Huh...? Scanning for entropy?" Maker asked, but after a moment understanding dawned upon her face. "Of course. I understand completely. If that is what you want to do, then we should split everyone up into pairs, that way we'll be able to cover more ground. One can scan, the other keeps an eye out for trouble."
The group generally murmured. Scanning for entropy...? Uh? Whatever, this was above her anyway. It sounded right.
"Then I will go off with Libra," the fake Usagi volunteered, right away. "We have a few things we need to talk about, right?"
"R-Right, sure thing," Libra said with a smile. Oooh, you creepy perverted demon! "How about we check out the Hino shrine? That seems like a pretty good landmark to search, right? We should be able to see a fair distance from there."
Perfect. It was out of the way, totally isolated, wide open and there wouldn't be that many people there. The ideal place for a trap. Hrm, thinking about it like that, did that mean she was being lured into - No, if they wanted to do something to her all they had to do was jump her right here! A shudder shot right through Usagi's body at the mere notion of it.
"You cold?" Tuxedo Mask asked. Aw. At least he hadn't lost any of his gentlemanly - "If you want, we could always snuggle up..."
"Ah, we really should rescue Sailor Mars, right?" the fake Usagi chirped. Close one! "Alright! Come on, Libra! Give me one of those devices."
"Remember to stay in contact at all times!" Sailor Venus said. "The last thing we need is them grabbing any more of us!"
Indeed. That was the very last thing you needed. A shame you already had it! Kukukukuku!
<hr>
"Oh my god she's somehow dumber than the real Usagi."
That wasn't a very nice comment from Sailor Jupiter, but it was certainly true enough. Still, Naru did have to spank her for that one, as it was her best friend that had been insulted. Tuxedo Mask then spanked her other cheek as well, and - well, suffice to say the three of them would be busy for a little while.
As for Sailor Mercury, she and Maker were hunched over the back of a bench watching a particular device intently. Needless to say, they hadn't actually split up at all. The only pair out there searching right now was the fake Usagi alongside Libra, while the rest were listening in from not too far away from the shrine. The whole group was ready for combat at a moment's notice, while doing their very best to stay far, far away from where any groups happened to be gathering at this time of night.
What were the other three doing? Well, Fighter was resting her face into Maker's quivering butt like it was a pillow, Venus was on Mercury's, and Healer was nestling her face right in between the two of them. All three were happier than they could remember being, and would be quite content to stay there for the rest of their natural (or rather, unnatural) lives.
Yes, they were described as ready for battle, that's still definitely true. If some great slobbering monster showed up right now they would absolutely twerk it into submission before it knew what was happening.
"Entropy, really?" Maker asked. "You know full well that wouldn't tell us thing one about where the headquarters is."
"Well, it <i>might</i>..." Mercury replied. "I just needed something that would sound convincing to persuade her. If she had a basic understanding of what entropy is, she might have still fallen for it."
That was true enough. Both Sailors nodded in appreciation, then leaned further over the bench and whipped their butts back so hard it made the three Sailors behind them bounce their booties off the ground.
<i>"Hey, Libra! Isn't that a gathering of twenty year old Nuns, each of them pent up from youthful celibacy with no idea how to express their feelings, just waiting to be corrupted?"
"Where? I don't see them! Hold on, they must be behind that tree, I'll go take a look!"</i>
Everyone in the group crowded around the communicator, with an expression on their faces that is best described with three dots. You can kind of guess what they looked like from that, right?
"Libra's just acting right?" Sailor Earth asked.
"Probably," Fighter said. "Maybe. I hope."
"Oh no, there's another me!" Venus groaned, clutching her head in dismay. "Oh well, I know just what will make me feel better!" And back to the butt she goes, making oohing, satisfied little noises along the way.
<i>"Hey guys, it's me! Listen! I've got the pervy Demon that's corrupting these champions of goodness all by themselves at the Hino shrine! Come along for a pickup~ Teehee!"</i>
"Got it!" Mercury said. "I've figured out their location"
"Hrm... That's the town hall, isn't it?" Maker asked. "Typical, it makes far too much sense it would be there."
"Come on!" Jupiter yelled. "We gotta go save Libra before those goons arrive!"
Wasn't it great when a plan came together? There was no way they'd pass up a chance to capture Libra, so listening in on their communication and tracking down their base of operations... Could they ask for a better opportunity?
Of course, this did mean they would have to deal with whatever forces they brought to bear in their attempt to capture Libra. On the other hand, it was quite likely they wouldn't be expecting an ambush for their ambush, so it was probably all good.
Probably.
