You know, on reflection it wasn't really the fact they were trying to keep something secret from her that was bothering Asuna. It was that they were doing such a terrible job of it. Take Evangeline for example. Insisting that Asuna stay with her without explaining anything, even though Chachamaru was also with them?
"If you leave me alone for a second, I will end you."
"Way to be endearing to someone doing you a favour."
She rolled her eyes. Why on earth was Asuna going through with this again? Oh yeah. Because she was curious about what the hell was going on. That was really the worst part of this. Something was going on, they both did and didn't want her involved, nobody was saying anything about what this was all about and it was making her curiosity do backflips.
Not to mention that Evangeline's warnings and body languages were, for her, a desperate plea for help from an extremely proud person.
"Alright," Asuna huffed. "Here we are. The library. We can go inside and do some research, or maybe we could just loiter outside while making death threats to the person responsible for the thing you won't tell me about."
"That will do fine," Evangeline sneered. "And less of the sarcasm. It is referred to as the lowest form of wit for a reason."
Oh, that infuriating ungrateful - Ugh! This was just the worst! By hook or by crook, Asuna was positive now. She was getting to the bottom of this. One way or the other, she was working out what was going on if only so that she could help out!
<hr>
Nodoka loved the library. It was the place most people thought of when hearing of "silence". An existing testament to lack of noise, so that everyone could focus on what they were really there to do. Read. Learn. Enjoy fiction, learn, research, check out books or more besides. That is what a library is. That is what a library is for. That is why a library works best when it's silent.
But that's not the reason why she loved the library. Nodoka loved the library because that is where books were. A combination that made the perfect habitat for the introverted bookworm. Never mind the biggest in the world.
At that particular moment in time she was returning a book to its rightful place on a high shelf with her tongue slightly poking out the corner of her mouth. She'd spotted it being in the wrong place, and just had to sort it out. That sort of thing was really sloppy. She could have just walked on by, let it be, but she simply couldn't let this sort of thing -
"Hi, Nodoka!"
"Eep!"
And now she was being held by Chachamaru. Stupid, clumsy... She could have really hurt herself if Chachamaru wasn't so fast! "Thank you," Nodoka quietly said while climbing back onto her own feet. Ah? Evangeline? Asuna? Whatever were these three doing together? Here in the library too!
A class project of some sort? No, that didn't make sense. She'd know about that. Ah! Maybe there was something going on that she hadn't heard about yet, so they were here to research it? Yes, that must be it! Nodoka steeled herself, took a deep breath and then quietly, oh so quietly and timidly said.
"Um... Would you like me to help you find what you're looking for, maybe? Th-The library is very big, so maybe a guide would be helpful? Or something like that, I suppose?"
"You see?" Evangeline said, gesturing to Nodoka. "She understands how to offer assistance." Asuna huffed while Evangeline looked around. "The building is rather oversized. Even I might get lost. Therefore, direct us to the section on..."
She stopped all of a sudden and frowned. "To the section on... Hm! How frustrating! Would I even be able to - Argh! This whole situation is so frustrating! Then again, this does present an interesting opportunity..."
Uh oh. That expression on Evangeline's face was rather... Unsettling. She pulled down Chachamaru and whispered something into her ear. Asuna quite visibly strained to hear what it might be, but it was so silent that only the android's ears had the remotest chance of picking it up.
"On reflection it seems likely that we shall have to split up to discover what we need," Evangeline said. "Asuna and I shall venture over yonder, to the section of transmogrification, that I recall is hidden rather ingeniously behind a shelf over there. Meanwhile, you shall direct Chachamaru to the section on psychology."
"Um.... Abnormal, behavioural, biopsychology, cognitive, comparative, cross-cultural, Dev-"
"There are independant sections for all those different kinds of psychology?" Asuna asked. Nodoka nodded. "What am I thinking, of course there are. Well? Do you think it necessary to tell us what kind of psychology we're interested in today?"
"Behavioural," Evangeline grunted. "Now, with me little miss sarcasm! We have some transformation spells to investigate elsewhere!"
Off they went, with Asuna reluctantly in tow. Although that did leave Nodoka really confused about what was going on. Behavioural psychology and transmogrification? What sort of circumstance could possibly involve both of those? And come to it, what did Asuna mean by -
"Um, what did Asuna mean when she asked if it was necessary to tell us what kind of psychology you were interested in?" Nodoka asked the android. "It almost sounded like she didn't know what you were doing here."
"She does not," Chachamaru said. "For her own safety, and because it provides safety to Mistress Evangeline."
"Oh," Nodoka nodded. "Um... Protection from what?"
The android remained silent for a moment. "Mistress Evangeline has asked me to perform an analysis. An experiment to help understand the nature and limitations of... A certain something. In particular, the moment something specific happened." She stopped talking again. "She felt that this would assist in our overcoming it before the effect spreads too far to be contained."
"I'm not following you," Nodoka said.
"There is an effect that is being transferred the second people learn about it," Chachamaru quietly explained. "It only lasts so long as, like, those affected are only in the presence of other people who are totes affected by it. Like you are now."
Nodoka nodded and looked down at herself. Her boring clothes had turned into a dark blue suit dress, with a tight little miniskirt and lacy stockings that went all the way up to her thighs. Her skirt was so tight around her rump, showing off the scandalous panty line between her two rotund buttocks, that it was a question of how it even fit around her rear. Magic, of course, was the answer. But, even a bimbo Chacha couldn't help but wonder how a skirt like that would be removed. She'd certainly have fun finding out.
The top few buttons on her dress were unpopped, giving just the slightest teasing glimpse of the astonishing cleavage that she now possessed. Breasts even bigger than what Nodoka had yearned for out of jealousy for all her classmates, but without the feeling of being filled with air or the threat of liftoff. They were real, and they were spectacular, though it seemed Nodoka's shyness was so intense that even her bimbo form didn't put them out on display as brazenly as the other bimbos did. All the more reason to stare at her and fantasize about ripping her top off. Or better yet, just grab her full breasts and penetrate one's dick right through the gap in the buttons.
Even the way she carried herself had changed as well. A bit more confident, as if she knew she had a hot body but wasn't quite aware how damn good she looked in that outfit. Even her heels, though classy, gave a vibe that she wanted to be looked at. They definitely helped, forcing her back to arch as she walked and necessitating a careful, butt-accentuating stance when she walked up a ladder.
It made the introvert gasp in delight. A body like this, Negi would not be able to resist! Look at those tits! Look at these legs! Her hands went to her rump. Feel that ass, ooh, so nice! Ah? And there were these glasses on her pretty face, tee hee! There were no lenses in them or anything like that, they were just there to make her look like, you know, the smoking hot librarian bimbo she was. Nodoka went to return her hands to a default position, but that was no longer 'timidly twiddling together against her chest'. Instead, one hand went up to lips which had been significantly plumped up to give her an inquisitive, yet ditzy pout, and began to get suckled. The other went to the first button on her top and gently fiddled with it, tempting Chacha with the hope that she'd undo it any second now.
"Um, like, thanks and stuff," Nodoka tittered. "Ooh, I like this! I like this a lot! Teehee!"
"I also enjoy this," Chachamaru said. "Analysis indicates that, like, other people that don't know about this will totally make us revert to normal. They will not want to have sexy times."
"So that means we need to come up with a plan, you know, to make our boring selves spread this further?" Nodoka asked. "You know, make it so nobody can interrupt sexy times?"
"Confirmed," Chachamaru said while tilting Nodoka's chin upwards. "But, it will be difficult to resist the urge to run program "Fuck_Nodoka_Senseless.exe" so that "Sneaky_Plan.exe" may be executed instead."
"Teehee," Nodoka titered. "It looks like you and your mistress forgot. This is the library. This is my domain. Using me as a guinea pig might be a less smarty thing to do if they wanna avoid getting fucked."
"Affirmative," Chachamaru agreed, so Nodoka dragged her through the mazelike corridors of the biggest library on earth to a small discrete corner where they could enjoy a little funtime.
- Meanwhile, Evangeline is engaged in her own research.
- Meanwhile, Chisame is desperately trying to remain in a public place.
- Nodoka and Chachamaru run into Yue.
- Nodoka and Chachamaru are able to find a nice place to bimbo out.
- Something else
