Ooh, got some interesting choices here. I think the only one that doesn't appeal to me (aside from something else) is the second option as the other three all have really funny potential behind it.

For plot reasons I'm leaning towards #1. That sounds like it could lead to some great humour.

Perverts in Denial:

Again, leaning towards option #1 here. Wandering hands from the two on the date, while Ranma and Akane run interference to keep things chaste. While being distinctly unchaste towards each other.
