Oh boy. Oh boy that's an interesting pair to see win. My, my what shall we do with these two? Love to hear your thoughts about these two threads...
New Demoness: Follow Shirley? I'm thinking following Shirley is good for now, or possibly show how drastically things have changed by going with the meeting. Maybe both. Not entirely sure exactly what would happen at either yet, so let me think for a moment, which to you comes across as literally just a paragraph but could be about ten minutes for me.
Right. So in Shirley's case, I'm thinking she encounters another student council member, or maybe just her roommate Sophie. They're worried about her behavior recently, prompting Shirley to notice them behaving weirdly as well. Maybe they see Shirley knock some people out with her Geass?
As for the meeting, maybe Kallen immediately begins flirting with Zero as soon as he appears. Up until then she's been trying to keep a calm head, but the tall mysterious and charismatic masked man is just too hot for her to say no to.
(For the curious, I came back to this almost immediately after writing up the Fudge Bunnies bit)
Fudge Bunnies: There are really two things I would like to do here. The first is go back to the present day to explore how things are changing a little, maybe have someone else get slipped some of the gum. The other thing is to have Mariko's equivalent of Ryoga show up. Any thoughts on either of these? I have to admit to leaning towards the Ryoga equivalent personally because that sounds simply hilarious.
I mean what would that be exactly? A super tough cheerleader that doesn't know her own strength, isn't quite as agile as Mariko and is completely obsessed with revenge. My goodness that could be a character with a lot of teeth to it, and not just cute little fangs either.

ReplyDeleteI found the flip-flop friendship (or more) with Mariko/Ranma adorable. Wai, Wai :) What a rare character usage. I know it is friendship, but it's still supercute, and can always get shipped more :3
Of course, in the present, Akane is off to her friends, or was, with chocolate bunnies, and Ranma and Mariko had a couple around in the skuffle too. I'd love to see those show up.
Some ideas:
Past Altering fun continues: Akane and her friends taking a bite or two, perhaps the relationship was different back then...or even just abandoned entirely as Akane's already hooked up as a happy bunnygirl with one of her friends (or with Kuno) before Ranma arrived, suddenly leaving Mariko and Ranma co-miserating over different things.
Rival: Bottom-heavy (Super-hips) rival cheerleader shows up ...in the present, mocking that she'll reveal another Triste between Mariko and her 'girlfriend', taking a big bite of one of the chocolate bunnies!
Ecchi-offrails: Both of them share one as friends, then head off... continue the story in the past? :)
Anyhow, some hopes :D
I Wonder what should we do about Sophie.... like how weird should her behavior around Shirley be? like in a seductively manner?

DeleteFor New Demoness, that works for Shirley. It's a logical situation under the circumstances. And depending how long that runs, turning to Kallen and the meeting for a bit would be good too.
ReplyDeleteAs for Cheerleader Retcon, I definitely like the idea of Mariko's rival. It could be a mix of both the present and a flashback to show their history. I don't love every suggestion mentioned in the discussion above but the idea of the rival being fixated on Mariko's love life might be fun. Perhaps it could be something of a tsundere-ish response to cover up her own attraction to Mariko?
