You know, I meant to get to this one much sooner. It's good to occasionally be kicked in the rear to get something done. Let's talk about it for a bit.
For the moment all I really have is a loose structure for the episode to take that goes like this.
1: Typical Love Hina antics.
2: Sentai action!
3: Typical Love Hina antics that reveal Keitaro as the villain in the sentai sequence, and him realising the girls are the sentai heroes.
The details are still sketchy, but I'm sure someone will have something in mind for that. There are other questions needing answered as well.
For example! Sentai team name, themes, powers. Keitaro's goal should be peripherally to do with the promise girl because that just makes a strange sort of sense, but what should his power be? Immortality and stubborn will?
So, I'd love to hear your thoughts! What do you want to see happen?
I'd go for a sexy theme like the Real World Sailor Moon.

I was working out a colour scheme for the girls (because there always is one). And their preferred weapon.

I like the ice age animal theme, but am too tired to look up possibilities for now. Will take suggestions.
Here's a more detailed analysis of how I think this can go down.
Keitaro goes to clean the bath while thinking about the rough day he's had. This leads to him being pulverised by the girls. They leave him to get to it and he thinks about the extremely unlikely encounter he had at the bank earlier.
The Wandering Demon and his two sidekicks showed up at the bank to try and rob it only to be stopped by the sentai team. Cue action sequence specifically designed to show off their abilities.
Back to present and reveal that Keitaro is the Wandering Demon, and he's trying to use his newfound immortality and talent for evil to pull together enough money to track down his promise girl! If necessary he'd take over the world to find her!
Then he discovers a secret area underneath the hot spring, leading to the girl's costume room. He initially believes this to mean that they are massive fans and cosplayers of those accursed heroes for comedic effect, then realises the truth and decides to deal with those pests in a more roundabout way.
How does that sound? Still needs a few details I think, but it should probably work.

Woolly mammoth
Saber-toothed cat (Smilodon)
Giant ground sloth (Megatherium)
Dire wolf
Giant armadillo (Glyptodon)
Giant rhinoceros (Paraceratherium, the largest land mammal ever)
And so on. Is that at all helpful?
Also, they have a costume room? The costumes don’t just appear on them as needed?

That is pretty helpful, I should be able to finish this off tomorrow. I had a pretty harsh shift schedule this week that pretty much resulted in me getting home, crashing and hardly having time to write before having to head out again. But now I have a few days off so a bit of writing shall be done.
