While those three were elsewhere getting to know each other a little better, there were still three council members left behind in the meeting room: Rivalz Cardemonde, the boy who seemed to take nothing seriously. Nina Einstein, the shy genius with self confidence issues. And Shirley Fenette, the pretty and outspoken athletic girl.
At least, that would be the normal description of them. Not quite so today, as demonstrated when the other three had left the room and the door had closed. Nina whapped Rivalz playfully on the arm.
"Now, now Rivalz! We all know you want to tap that, but it's rude to stare." Nina made a motion that normally would have adjusted her glasses - but she was wearing contacts today. On realising her mistake she instead flipped her hair back. "Then again, a butt like Milly's doesn't come along all that often, so it is at least understandable."
Normally, Nina would have stayed quiet upon observing Rivalz' open lust towards their council president. But now that she had a little Milly in her, she was feeling a lot more confident in herself, a lot more brazen in her self expression.
By that same token, the response from both of the others would also normally be quite different. Shirley would berate Rivalz for such an open display of leering, while Rivalz would make a sheepish joke in an attempt to deflect away from his behaviour. That was, again, normally.
"Jealous, Nina?" Rivalz playfully asked. He cupped Nina's chin so that she was looking him in the eyes. "Tell you what. Why don't you go get a book from the bookcase and then I'll stare and compare your delightful derriere."
Now, this did earn what seemed like a pretty standard reaction from Shirley: She twisted Rivalz ear and gave him a look quite akin to a mother scolding their young child. "Will you stop flirting with Nina?" she asked, wagging her finger in his face. "Honestly now! It's that exact attitude that makes it less likely that our awesome and sexy council president will take your flirting seriously. How do you intend to get that ship to sail if you keep saying things like that?"
"Humph!" Rivalz crossed his arms indignantly. "You're just jealous that I didn't flirt with you, too! Perhaps you'd like me to rectify that?"
"Not a chance buster! The only guy that gets to flirt with this perfect ten isn't even here today."
Ah, but without meaning to Shirley had just cut open her hand in shark infested waters. Both Nina and Rivalz turned towards her with smiles that, on close inspection, could best be described as "Milly-esque".
"That's Lelouch right?" Rivalz asked.
"No, couldn't be," Nina answered. "After all, she always protests whenever Milly brings him up."
"I guess you're right," Rivalz sang. He was twirling around a pen in an act of phony casualness. "I bet Shirley dreams of some other hunky boy lusting after her sexy keister. So? Who is mister lucky if it's not our handsome Prince Charming?"
If Milly's personality had totally overridden Shirley's, then her response would have been 'It is Lelouch, and here are my top ten sexual fantasies involving the two of us' without a hint of shame or regret. As Shirley was still at least mostly herself, she did nothing of the sort. Instead she blushed faintly on realising her mistake, turned her head away and said "None of your business who I like!"
Nina put her hand around Shirley's shoulder and leaned in quite close. "Oh, but it is our business. After all, you are our cute friend. If a perfect ten like you can't get the man she wants, then what chance does the rest of us have?"
"Maybe all you need is a little encouragement?" Rivalz suggested. "I bet you haven't even told him that you like him! Oh that's so you!"
For a fleeting moment Shirley thought that this behaviour from the two of them was a little weird. Sure, she could buy that Nina was a touch more confident, but Rivalz was being weirdly serious and forward with her. In fact, the two of them were starting to remind her more of a certain girl with a perverted old man's soul than their usual behaviour.
"Guts!" Shirley suddenly yelled, slamming her hands down on the table. "We're getting distracted again! We should focus on getting this paperwork finished, then talk about whoever likes who!"
The two of them settled down a bit, leaving Shirley feeling a little out of breath. Phew! That seemed to have done the trick. Honestly, it felt really weird to her having Rivalz of all people trying to give her relationship advice when she was trying to figure out a way to ship him with their wonderful madame prez!
As for Nina... This new confidence was definitely good for her, but it left Shirley wondering who she would work with. What kind of guy would she go for? Or maybe... A girl? Either way, Shirley's romantic soul combined with Milly's dirty old man tendencies were definitely proving to be a suitable fit. Now. If only Lelouch were here, she'd show him this trick she'd learned to pull off using her tongue and three cherries... And maybe she'd show it to him while wearing that dress Milly had given her for her birthday last month...

In the meantime, one must wonder: Where on earth was Lelouch? To answer that question one must step back a few weeks in time. Back then, he had the distinctive pleasure of meeting one of C.C.'s old associates and learning a little more about her past in the process. His name was Mao, and he was a mind reading psychopath. Or a sociopath. Diagnosing someone like that was almost impossible, as he'd stymie almost any test one could think of as soon as one tried to apply it. That was his tendency as a mind reader, you see: Read your thoughts, anticipate your plans, press on your weaknesses and self doubts to make you do whatever he wanted.
That was the nature of Geass. Insidious. Totally insidious. Going up against someone with a Geass without knowing specifics of its operations was a task doomed to failure. Given what he knew of this enemy his actions had become quite obvious: He set up a surveillance network around his place of residence, because there lived he and his blind crippled sister, his biggest weakness, Nunnally. Even after Mao's death at C.C.'s hands he had not taken this security network down. And so, from that he had learned...
"You gave Milly a Geass," he said in abject disbelief to the pizza munching green haired idiot of a witch lounging on the couch next to him. "Whatever compelled you to do such a foolhardy thing?"
"It seemed like it would be amusing," C.C. vaguely answered. She was hardly helping her case here! "She was a rather interesting personality."
"Yes, indeed! And now she is imposing that personality on all of our friends!"
That troubled him actually. Something like that wasn't Milly's style. Why on earth was she doing something like this? It could hardly be an accident. There was intention, intelligence behind her actions so far. Actions which left him feeling rather troubled over what she was doing.
Considering that Lelouch's own Geass could instill one irresistible command into any person he made eye contact with, and that he had used these commands to kill or to place people into situations where they would end either their own life or other people, that was saying quite a lot.
"Her Geass has an effect on personality, yes?" C.C. asked. "It's entirely possible she's accidentally used it on herself without even realising it."
Which created other issues. Lelouch had already used his Geass on Shirley, Kallen and Suzaku. He could theoretically use it on the rest of them to make them all act like their normal selves, but those three... he drummed his fingers on the seat. He had to try to find a way to make Milly stop and get control over herself again. Stop spreading her perverted personality around so much and corrupting the will of others. Yet if he tried to use his own Geass to do this, it would mean making eye contact. Which was also how her Geass worked. He'd be placing himself at risk!
Though there was one other problem that he was really trying not to think about too much. It was a problem concerning Shirley and Kallen in particular. Those two... Acting like Milly... Was really, really working for him. And why shouldn't it? Those two both had bodies that were exactly the type that he preferred! Growing up under the care of the Ashford family, his libido had developed the self protective instinct to retreat into hiding whenever Milly was around, in case she sensed it and pounced. Having that personality coming across in other really sexy girls totally bypassed that defense! Lelouch was genuinely concerned that if he were left alone in a room with either of them - or maybe even both of them - then he would succumb to temptation and forget his mission statement. Or worse yet, be left completely at Milly's will when she inevitably discovered them!
"Pervert..." C.C. mumbled around a slice of pizza, nodding towards the obvious lump in his trousers. Lelouch crossed his legs even though the damage was already done. "Is that the real reason you've been spying on them? A hidden voyeurism fetish?"
"... Tsk! I don't want to hear that coming from you."
"Maybe if you got laid once in a while, you could learn to relax a little."
Never mind her! Lelouch returned his attention to the monitors. What he needed to do now was come up with a plan.
- Milly-in-Suzaku watches Kallen and Milly clean up the closet while wearing skimpy maid uniforms. A threesome ensues.
- Sayoko is also starting to display Milly-esque traits while looking after Nunnally.
- Rivalz and Nina conspire to help Shirley seduce Lelouch.
- It turns out this was all a convoluted plan from C.C. to get Lelouch laid.
- Something else
