It’s one of those astounding things. Nature is so effective at effortlessly constructing images of astounding beauty. Lush green forests. A serene lake. Chattering birdsong. Ayukawa reclining against a tree.
“Wow, sempai! This is such a beautiful location!”
Not that Hikaru was any less easy on the eyes. Even if she was a little harder to see from the way she was clinging onto his arm with a great deal of enthusiasm. Kyosuke snuck a sly glance towards Ayukawa to gauge her response to this display of affection but - to either his great relief or tremendous disappointment - she was not even looking in their direction.
“Come on,” he said. “We should get going. The others are probably wondering where we are.”
The simple fact of the matter was that there were too many of them to take a single car here, and of course not all of them knew exactly where they were heading. Therefore, they would come in two groups. Himself leading Hikaru and Ayukawa, while his father took Hatta and Komatsu along with the twins. A simple plan that went a little awry when their train was late due to an accident on the line.
“It’s a bit strange that your father would need all of our help for this landscape shoot,” Ayukawa noted. “It almost seems like more of an excuse to have a vacation together.”
“In which case, we can all have fun later on!” Hikaru exclaimed. Vibrant as ever! “This is going to be so much fun! We should go dancing later on!”
Dancing. The word somehow made Kyosuke’s throat burn as images of last night’s dream leapt unbidden before his eyes. Hatta and Komatsu with their grubby little perverted paws all over his sisters, Hikaru and Ayukawa… Leaving them in slowly increasing states of undress! If it turned out to be a premonition dream, those two perverts had better start praying he didn’t get his hands on them!
The cabin itself was a short enough distance away that by the time he was able to rid his mind’s eye of the playful musings of Hikaru and Ayukawa topless, all three of them were standing in front of the door, which Kyosuke gently knocked against. The trio waited a moment and found no answer.
Nothing at all. Just silence. Not even the sound of motion within the cabin. Come on now, be reasonable! Given how delayed they were, it was impossible that they had arrived here first. His fingers hesitantly wrapped around the handle and turned - Unlocked. The door swung open with the gentlest of pushes. No sign of life lay inside, and he strode in ahead of the two girls. Strange, really. The way that Ayukawa was so easily frightened of the supernatural, given how tough she was to everything else. This setup was just like a horror story. Why, he wouldn’t be surprised at all if a cat jumped out of the shadows any moment -
“Gotcha!”
Or he could be pounced upon by the more exuberant and energetic of his younger sisters and tackled to the ground. To be perfectly honest that did rather have an equal chance of happening, on balancing the odds.
“You’re late, big brother!” Kurumi playfully laughed as Kyosuke got up from the undignified position and dusted himself off. Apparently both Hikaru and Ayukawa found it amusing as well, even if they were trying not to show it. “Daddy got tired of waiting and went to scout the area without you.”
A statement like that is exactly the sort of thing that got a big brother’s ears to perk up. Hold on. Their father had already gone to scout the area out? But wouldn’t that mean he’d likely left these two alone with those two? This seemed rather unwise!
Then he paused, staring as the crowd briefly parted again to reveal his sister Kurumi dancing between Hatta and Komatsu. As the crowd's movement hid the three, Kyosuke started wondering if it had been some trick of the light that made it look like Kurumi's shirt had been unbuttoned and partially opened.
“We got bored waiting, so your friends showed us a neat game we could play to pass the time!”
“What sort of game was that?” he asked, slightly fearing the answer. Let’s see. Kurumi wasn’t in too bad a condition. She was wearing a rather modest amount of clothing. No sign of distress or discomfort…
“A card game,” she answered. “Come on, we should all play! It’s so much fun!”
“Well, it would pass the time until your father came back,” Ayakawa said. “Let’s see what game those two have come up with this time.”
What sort of game indeed. Knowing those two perverts and their intentions for his sisters… It was difficult to imagine anything he’d be comfortable with. Regardless. He stepped into the next room and found the two perverts sitting alongside his other sister. Hatta was shuffling one deck of cards even as Komatsu shuffled another.
“Well, look who finally decided to show!” Komatsu said. “It’s about time! Come on, the more the merrier!”
“I would prefer to know the rules first.”
Hatta tossed him a single deck, comprising about eight cards. Kyosuke flipped them over, started to read one by one while Hikaru tried to peer over one shoulder (on tiptoes) while Ayukawa looked nonchalantly over the other.
“Give a two-minute shoulder rub to the winner”
“Tickle the winner for one minute”
“The winner may ask you any question they like, you must answer honestly”
“Obey a reasonable single-word command issued by the winner”
“Hold hands with the winner for three minutes”
“Kiss the winner on the cheek”
“Give an honest compliment to the winner”
“Bow to the winner and congratulate them for winning”
“Isn’t this just a variation of that game we played before?” Hikaru asked. “But with different cards this time.”
“Sort of, sort of!” Hatta said. “Except those are the punishment cards. It’s simple enough, really. We play a round of old maid. The loser draws a card and has to follow its instructions through to the finish. Komatsu even has a stopwatch. Wanna play?”
He didn’t particularly want to, but Kyosuke recognised he was in the minority there. Even Ayukawa seemed taken in by the game this time. Well, screw it. So long as things didn’t wind up going too far - and it didn’t look as though anything remotely untoward had happened already - he should be okay with it. Still. That premonition dream… Reversed or not, it simply continued to haunt him!
“Alright, who wants to cut the cards?”

“I will!” Kurumi said, eagerly raising her hands in the air and waving it down like she was hailing a taxi. “I’ll do it! I’ll do it!”
Komatsu chuckled to himself and passed the cards over to the more energetic of the two girls. Their fingertips “accidentally” brushed as he passed the cards over. It was rather startling how low the percentage for both girls was: 15% for Kurumi, 16% for Manami. Correction! 16% for Kurumi after the fingertip brush. The only reason it was even at this kind of level to begin with was the girl’s own naivete. Manami was a great deal more aware, but simply not interested. Or at least that was the impression he had. Perhaps Hatta had his own conclusions.
“I wonder what is taking them so long,” Manami said, glancing at her watch. “They should be here by now.”
“Who knows?” Hatta replied. “Perhaps their train got delayed or something? They’ll show up soon enough.”
“I suppose…” Manami sighed. The two perverts shared a look with one another. Pure dumb luck. That’s all it was. Pure dumb luck had handed them an opportunity on a silver platter. Who were they to refuse? The cards were dealt out, and the game could begin. They’d get Hikaru and Ayukawa involved later on as planned, but for now… Hell with it. Start the game!
They each drew their cards. About thirteen each. It’s quite a number of cards to look at all at once! But there they are, all dealt out. Komatsu made a point of looking over at all the other players. He did not have the Joker they had added to the deck, and with a glance he knew that Kurumi had it. Though he expected that anyone would be able to tell that. He’d be drawing from her… Alright then. So be it.
The round only lasted five minutes with Manami victorious and Komatsu giving congratulations to her for winning the round. A small thing that bumped him up a whole half percent, but it was all good in the end.
“Draw a punishment card, Komatsu,” Hatta said with a knowing smile. “You ‘lost’ the round, after all.”
Lost, yes. That was the beautiful part of the game, really. He reached out for the punishment deck, drew the top card and very nearly began laughing maniacally. Shoulder rub, huh? He flipped the card around and Manami looked a little uncomfortable for a moment.
“Ah, don’t worry!” Komatsu said. “It’s only for two minutes. Don’t worry about it. See? Hatta will time us, and tell us when it’s up.”
“Well, alright. If it’s only two minutes,“ Manami said, flipping her hair a little to the side so that Komatsu could properly reach her shoulders. Hatta nodded, clicked the button, and Komatsu began to work his magic.
There were many lines that needed to be crossed to seduce a girl into bed. The first of which was simply physical contact. Once a girl was alright with physical contact, it became much simpler to seduce her. The trick was, it could sometimes take quite a long time to make a person used to such intimate contact which can necessitate the desired result. Which most girls wouldn’t allow to happen except with someone they already liked… Or if there was another reason entirely.
Like a punishment from a game.
As he rubbed at Manami’s shoulders, Komatsu imagined he was really holding an eraser over a line on a page. Rubbing it out and allowing himself to pass over it unhindered. It was a stubborn line, and it would take some work but he knew he was making headway when Manami let out a short breath that sounded like a sigh and relaxed in his grip. Komatsu nodded towards Hatta. Phase B of improvised stage 1, initiated.
“Pst! Hey, Kurumi!” Hatta whispered. “You hungry? I brought some food in my backpack.”
Kurumi simply licked her lips. That girl’s vice was simply food. An invitation like that would never be refused by someone like her. Divide and conquer was an ancient strategy that stood the test of time simply because it was so damned effective!
He could almost hear what Hatta would say once the two of them were in the next room. “I know something that really helps with digestion,” or something like that. “It goes sort of like this…”
The two-minute mark passed right on by completely unnoticed. Manami simply sat there allowing him to knead her shoulders in just the right way that he knew she would love. By now she wasn’t even aware the others had left the room, and certainly had no way of knowing what was happening in the next room. Neither did Komatsu, but he did have a bit of a better idea at least.
Ten minutes passed by and the girl sitting in front of him was practically putty in his hands. Her percentage had shot up to a clear 45%, and was rising moment by moment. A little further - a few more minutes - and she’d come to a blistering climax! Which was exactly the last thing that he wanted right now. She wasn’t ready yet. Instead he spent those minutes pulling her back from that edge, feeling satisfied and grateful at his touch. Hatta crept into the room with a bleary-eyed Kurumi holding his hand; he scooped up the watch and clicked it.
“That’s time,” he said. Komatsu withdrew his hands and strode back around to his place while Manami clutched at her cheeks and drew a few short, ragged breaths.
“Ready for round two?” Komatsu asked, picking up and shuffling the deck. Here’s hoping the others took quite a while getting here! Because in a few hours’ time, these two would have absolutely no barriers left within them!
- Back in the present. How does the game fare?
- Still in the past, round two!
- After the game, the two perverts make their moves.
- The two perverts plan to bring the perverted side out of their friend, for his own good.
- The twins aren’t the first two they’ve tried seducing. Who was first?
- Something else
I know my comments on this earlier were less than enthusiastic, but maybe it’s just because of my disconnection from the source material (unlike the other HHL threads). But I think part of it was also that you’re first presenting it from the perspective of a protective sibling, which put me in the mindset of “this is something that should be prevented.” And then when you switched to their perspective, they didn’t exactly win any sympathy points with the way they were literally treating the girls like a game. But if I were more familiar with the cast, I might have been more comfortable with it. Does that make any sense?
