This was dumb. This was stupid. Kallen's palms felt as drenched as her panties had been not too long ago. Here she was, walking side by side with C.C., the mysterious green haired beauty who, as it turned out, was now Queen Bitch of Lelouch's harem. Of which Kallen herself was also a member. Of her own conviction, no tricks, no weird magic, just... something about that boy that made her feel the crushing, pounding need to be bred by him as soon as possible.
"You're thinking about Lelouch again~" C.C. whispered.
"Huh? No!" Kallen whispered back. How could she tell?
"You wiggle your lovely butt like that all the time then?"
Krk! That was kind of what she was worried about! Would her brother notice her behaving weird? Or any of the rest of them? Come on, Kallen. Keep it together. You're a tough tomboy, not some... Wanton slut!
Ah, but then the flat of C.C.'s hand landed on her butt, and Kallen had to bite her lip to not whimper for more, mommy, please.
"Cool your jets," C.C. said, removing her hand, and Kallen really dearly wished she hadn't. "Control yourself a bit better than this, can you? We're almost there."
Right. They were indeed almost there. An abandoned car warehouse. Once upon a time, Japan's auto industry had been a world leader. But since Britannia took over? They don't like anything not Britannian made or designed, so they shut that down. Started to steal the ideas that worked, integrated them, threw their enormous R&D team at them - and wound up making even better goddamn cars with a more Britannian aesthetic.
... Something in that felt like a metaphor for her current situation, but she was trying really hard to not dwell on it.
She found them inside, on the factory floor. Her brother sitting backwards on a chair, leaning over the back of it. Tamaki leaning against some machinery. Ohgi pacing around. Huh? That's it...?
"Hey," Kallen said. "Where's everyone else?"
Naoto smiled upon seeing her. "We thought it would be safest if it was just us," he said. Then he nodded at C.C. "That would be her, I take it? Miss Poison Gas?"
"Some people have joked that knowing me is more toxic than any chemical weapon," C.C. joked. "Pleased to meet you."
"So what's the big deal about her then?" Tamaki grunted. "Why would those assholes want to hide some babe, and call it poison gas?"
"A fine question!" a deep, booming voice echoed throughout the room. On reflex, Kallen clenched her thighs. Oh. Ohhh, that was nice. A deeper baritone than his usual voice. Mmmm, fuck, she felt that go right down her spine! "Perhaps they felt that only a fool would dare attempt to interfere with such a shipment. When in truth, it would take someone very brave."
He descended from the ceiling on a grapple vine, and for a second there Kallen forgot how to breathe. That was Lelouch alright. Wearing a really, really sexy costume. At least, to her it was. Some kind of smooth round mask over his face, a big sweeping cape over a dark blue tuxedo. Made him look like a King from chess, which made sense given how obsessed with chess he was, but oh fuck oh fuck oh fuck she needed to be bred by him, she needed it right now, he was so fucking cool, and she was tossing this underwear when she got home it was completely unsalvageable.
Unfortunately, the only people in the room pleased to see him were C.C. and Kallen. The others had all pulled their weapons.
"Who are you?" Naoto demanded, then pointedly looked up. "Where are my lookouts?"
"Unconscious, but otherwise unharmed," Lelouch said. God, that voice. So confident and rugged and in charge. She didn't even know those things worked for her but - goddamn they super worked for her. Hold on, Lelouch had knocked them out? How the hell did he do that?
Unless... He must have had help? Shirley? The girl was an athlete, but capable of knocking out their team? She was a civilian! And Lelouch might have the stamina to go all. Night. Long. But that didn't mean he was capable of taking on members of their resistance cell! How the hell did he -
Kallen's train of thought went wibbly when C.C. goosed her. The others were all paying too much attention to Lelouch to notice that, though.
"Call me Zero," Lelouch bowed. "A pleasure to meet you. Really, there was no need for you to take such precautions. You will find that I am a most potent ally."
"In my experience, allies don't hide their face," Naoto said. "My gun doesn't seem to frighten you at all. Alright. How about this?" He slid off his jacket, and then revealed - an explosive vest. Naoto! You'd been this worried? "Take off the mask, or this place goes sky high. Got it?"
"Hrm, is that so...?" Zero said, putting his hand to his mask. "This mask is a mere symbol, the man underneath is of no consequence."
"Then there shouldn't be a problem taking it off," Naoto said.
"You would threaten one who loathes Britannia more than yourself?" Zero asked. "Very well!"
Then, he pulled out a gun - and put it to his own head before anyone could do anything. Naoto had already moved in front of Kallen, anticipating that he intended to threaten her. But no, he'd put the gun to his own head? Why?
"Without me, all of Japan's hopes will wither and die," Zero said. "Without me, there is no future for any of you. No freedom for Elevens. Britannia will run rampant. Its cruelty shall only grow more inhumane and cruel as time passes by. You anticipated that I would take a hostage, perhaps? Very well! Then I shall take your future as a hostage! You wish to see my true face? Very well! Here it is, for you to see."
"... What the hell?" Tamaki grunted. "Kallen, what's this guy's deal? Who the hell is he?"
"An ally," C.C. answered for her. "Isn't that right, Kallen? He's the one that saved me - and he's the one who will obliterate Britannia."
"I... I think we can trust him," Kallen said. They were ignoring C.C. for the time being, which was a quite difficult task at the best of times. "He's a bit weird and intense, but - I think he genuinely wants to help out."
"Then he's got a funny way of showing it," Naoto said. "Still... He does have a lot of guts. You say you want to take down Britannia? How, exactly, did you intend to do that? You're talking about taking on an enemy that controls a third of the planet."
"Indeed I am," Zero said. "Which is why, I do not intend to use force to go up against them in a direct and obvious fashion. Terrorism is not only immoral, it is counterproductive. It is my intention to try something more indirect. Attack them sideways, in a way that will prove more popular with the public - even if it is no more legal."
He leaned forward. Amazing. He'd actually managed to grab Naoto's attention!
"How would you like to form a vigilante group?" Zero asked. When in truth, the only thing that Kallen wanted to form was his baby in her belly. God but she had it bad for him! And she'd better be careful, because... If her instincts were right, a whole lot more people were gonna have a thing for him when he starts showing up in public like that!
