NOTE: I would like some suggestions for the characters that can be used here. Suggestions will be made into options.
Two perfectly ordinary girls walked into a clothes shop. One of them was tall and busty, a beautiful yet strangely intimidating brunette. The other had dark hair and wasn't quite as tall but carried around with her a far more serious air. You could tell at a glance that these two girls, as similar as that makes them sound, were worlds different from one another. Yet at the same time, you could equally tell that they were remarkably close friends. In point of fact, close enough that should the situation warrant it, they would put their own lives at risk for the sake of one another.
What was less obvious at a first glance was the fact that they had, in fact, done this on countless occasions. Including earlier that very day.
"Eyes open," Makoto whispered. Her eyes scanned the crowd of people as they moved through the store. "We might just be here for clothes shopping, but something could happen at any time."
Rei nodded, her own eyes copying Makoto's intention. Scanning the surrounding area, watching the people. Keeping an eye out for anything... Odd. The priestess training served her well in that sense. She had a heightened awareness of wrongness that others lacked, an ability she'd had even before becoming the pretty guardian of the planet Mars.
Both girls thought back to earlier on: A post-battle meeting discussing recent events.
<i>"Fwaaaah!" Usagi gasped once they were all back in civilian form. "Another attack so soon! Man oh man, it's like we're not getting a rest these days!"
"You shouldn't complain about doing good things," Rei gently admonished. "Otherwise we give evil the foothold it needs to get right on through. In other words, don't be so lazy!"
"Actually, she has a good point..." Ami quietly said. "The rate of attacks recently has been on a rapid rise. For the last two weeks there's been at least one attack a day from some kind of youma, and some days up to three or four separate incidents."
"Wow!" Minako gasped. "That makes it sound like something big is going on! Huge! Any idea what might be causing it?"
"Not... Yet..." Ami admitted. The genius girl cutely bit her lip. Not that Makoto thought she was cute or anything, she was just annoyed her friend was so caught up in being shy that she never seemed to realise... "I need more data to extrapolate trends."
"You work on that, then!" Makoto said, tousling that blue hair. "In the meantime, it might be best if we didn't go out anywhere by ourselves just in case something kicks off. We should definitely try to buddy up as much as possible."</i>
Hence, doubling up on clothes shopping. Makoto had been saving up for a new cute skirt she'd been keeping her eye on for a good while now, and she’d be damned if she couldn't buy it because something weird happened. It was a good thing Rei had some spare time. That was one thing you could always say about Rei. Probably the most outright dependable of all five of them. Weird how the two of them rarely worked together on things, because her dependableness and Makoto's outright toughness seemed like a pretty great pair.
Although not nearly as great a pair as what she could see up ahead.
"Hrm?" Rei said. "Isn't that Usagi's friend Naru? The one that keeps somehow getting caught up in events?"
Makoto blinked, tore her eyes away from that bouncing and heaving chest with an effort that went beyond herculean levels and looked up at the face. Yes. Yes, it was. The perfectly ordinary girl that Usagi was close friends with for a long time before meeting up with any of the other Sailor Senshi. Upon confirming this, her gaze immediately returned downwards and a smile crept onto her face without her even knowing it. My, my, but they really were so tremendously flawless. So big and beautiful that Makoto didn't even really think about the fact that they were never nearly that sort of size before.
"We should say hello," Makoto said, sighing a contented sigh. Yes. That seemed like the polite thing to do under the circumstances. It would also give her plenty of opportunity to get an even closer look upon those mounds of inviting flesh.
"Definitely," Rei agreed a moment later, letting out a similar-sounding sigh to Makoto. "We should definitely... Get a little closer. And say hello."
So the two girls approached, breathing a little bit heavier with each passing step. And why not, when it allowed more and more of those wonderful mounds to fill up their vision? They were really and truly spectacular. Mesmerising. Gorgeous. Impossible. Mouth watering...
"Ack! Index, We need to be more careful!" Naru suddenly yelped, crossing her arms around her breasts to cover them more from view. The spell broke, or rather ninety percent of it broke. "So sorry about that," Naru said to the shop assistant standing in front of her and... Oh, Naru had a friend with her as well? Makoto really hadn't noticed. Then again maybe she should have, because that girl was showing off an equally magnificent bosom, and even more of it...
"Profuse apologies," the other girl said, tugging futilely at her robes and settling for, like Naru, using her arms to cover what she could. "More care shall be taken in future. Hm? Hello?"
"H-Hello!" Makoto said, suddenly feeling really quite flush. Weird, but for a second those two girls had sort of looked like an old boyfriend of hers, but it must have been some trick of the light, that was all. "Naru, it’s good to see you again! Ahem."
"I heard you were witness to another battle involving the Sailor Senshi and a dangerous monster," Rei calmly said. "I do hope your breasts, I mean, that you are unharmed."
"Oh, yes! I'm fine!" Naru said with tremendous warmth and kindness. "I'm getting kind of used to it by now, you know? Ah! This is my new friend Index. We're doing a little clothes shopping."
"Hello, Index," Makoto said. "Nice to teat you, I mean meet you!"
"Likewise," Index said, giving them a curtsey that not a single person in the store would ever, ever forget. So much jiggling and bouncing in such a short span of time... "Ah... Then this might make things easier. For the rest of this conversation, please try to focus on our faces and not our chests! Please forget these commands while still following them. And your names?"
Rei and Makoto very nearly got whiplash from tearing their eyes upwards from Index's titnosis command. Now their eyes remained in a more, shall we say, suitable location for polite conversation. No more naked leering at the nearly naked hypnotic breasts. Eye contact would be maintained for now, come hell or high water!
"This is Makoto and I am Rei," said, well, Rei. Obviously. "Those robes you are wearing... They do not seem to fit you very well. Did you borrow them from a nun?"
"No. These are mine," Index said. The girl was now staring Rei right in the eyes, and Rei in turn was staring right back. It sort of reminded Makoto of when she'd been about to throw down with someone who didn't just say they were a badass, they'd actually gone out of their way to earn it. In a situation like that, a seasoned fighter can evaluate their opponent in seconds flat. After a moment Index tilted her head and frowned in a strangely cute way. "You said something about the Sailor Senshi. Please tell me a little more about them."
"Index is new to the area," Naru explained rather quickly, the same sort of way they might if Usagi had been caught out trying to hold a conversation with Luna. "I've told her about them already, but I think she wants more perspectives."
"Well, there's five of them," Makoto said. "They tend to show up when there's trouble around. They kick the bad guy's butts and save the day. Nobody knows who they are or where they came from. They're just five babes in cute clothes with magic powers."
"That is about the size of it," Rei said, still carefully watching Index for reasons Makoto couldn't determine. "Aside from the names they call themselves, nobody knows very much about them at all."
"What do they know?" Index suddenly asked. "Why are there five of them? If they are supernaturally inclined, five is never indicated as containing supernatural connections in any superstitious context. If it was three, six, seven or nine then maybe it would make more sense -"
"Ah, that's probably just the group dynamic!" Makoto said. "Y'know, with five of them they could maybe cover each other's weak points. You know, one could be really smart, one could be a real brute -"
"Besides which," Rei said. "They are mostly named after planets. So perhaps there are more than five? Of course that is just speculation... There might well be nine of them."
"Eh? But Ami said there are eight planets now..."
"Well, I suppose that might be... Ahem! Pardon me, Makoto. I think I saw the blouse you were wanting over here. We'll be back in a moment."
Well, that was pretty unsubtle. Luckily neither big-breasted beauty seemed to notice or care much about it, but Rei had obviously spotted <i>something</i> just now. She wouldn't be like this otherwise.
"What's going on?"
"That Index girl," Rei said. "She's tripping my sixth, seventh and eighth senses."
"Ami also said everyone has way more than five senses."
"That's not the point!" Rei cast a glance backwards, and Makoto saw her eyes dip a little bit, and the corner of her lips twinge upwards a little bit. So Makoto snapped her fingers right in front of her friend's eyes. "Uh... Pardon me. I was just saying that she's weird in a way I have never seen before, and I don't just mean that spectacular bosom."
"You mean the boobs I want to motorboat, cover in chocolate, then motorboat them again? Even though I'm pretty sure I'm straight?" Makoto asked. Rei nodded. Then both girls shuddered in remembrance. That ill-fitting robe... It was showing simply too much skin!
"There's also the fact she's asking questions about the Sailor Senshi," Rei said. "And I'm pretty sure she saw something weird about me too. In the middle of all these monster attacks -"
"Did someone say 'monster attacks'?"
Huh. Would you look at that? A monster made entirely out of lingerie. Would the wonders/horrors never cease? At this point part of Makoto was hoping the answer was yes.
<hr>
Naru exhaled quite heavily as soon as Usagi's new friends were leaving. Thank goodness for that! Now she felt a little less awkward grabbing hold of whatever clothing she could find nearby to cover up herself and Index. Anything to keep them from embarrassing themselves!
"Oooh," Index moaned, leaning on Naru's shoulder for support. "F-Feel so hot. Titnotising them like that, and the assistant too!"
"Shh! Shh! I know!" Naru replied, quickly draping a rather horrible looking woolen jumper across Index's chest. If those colours clashed any worse there'd be all out war! Regardless. The girl cutely whimpered, and Naru felt her own chest heating up as well. "It feels far too good using that on people, doesn't it?"
Index bit into the sleeve of the jumper and nodded. Honestly and earnestly, something about the way she did that was almost as erotic as the way she'd been before. Even though that jumper was really, really hard to look at. Naru reached out to scratch Index behind the ears and, even though she wasn't a cat or a dog, this did seem to work in calming her down.
Also, her leg was twitching a little bit when Naru did it. Might be best not to dwell on that too much and get on with the conversation.
"So, what was that about?" Naru asked. "Those questions about the Senshi?"
"Hrm?" Index replied. "Oh. That is nothing. I am not very adept at strategic thinking, but your big, tall and strong yet nice-looking friend seemed to be right. I would say that a group of five is probably the right number of people you should be trying to recruit. Each of us should cover the weaknesses of each other, or something like that."
Honestly, Naru had been thinking along similar lines. It was kind of good to see Index agreeing with her on that. Five girls. Her leading the charge. She could see it in her mind's eye: Five of them. All with tits as big as their heads, if not even bigger. Wearing that simple uniform. Looking beautiful. Looking sexy. Having hypnotic, heaving tits tucked away underneath their fabric, if only barely. Saving and rescuing the ordinary people from danger... Rubbing their erect nipples up against each other while they poked through the fabric. Celebrating with the people they rescued by clutching them to their bosom, and in the process relieving them of the trauma from their experience with the monsters...
Index was an amazing start. Her knowledge of magic would help to analyse the enemy and determine strategies they could use. The trouble was, as Index said: She was not a tactician. She had the knowledge, but applying it was an entirely different matter. Which meant they definitely needed three more recruits.
One that could act as muscle, in case they needed raw strength.
One that could be a full and proper tactician.
And the last would be the leader. After all, even though Naru was the one establishing the group, she was far too ordinary a girl to stay in charge of such extraordinary girls.
"We'll figure this out," Naru said. "We should try to find our next recruit before the next monster attack."
"Did someone say 'monster attack'?"
"Oh, come on!" Naru yelled. "I really can't do anything without getting involved in one of these! Alright, this ends - Mmmph!"
Huh, would you look at that? The jumper she'd used to help Index cover up had come to life and wrapped itself around her chest and her neck, and much the same kind of thing had happened with the material Naru had used to try to do the same thing. In short, this was a situation where flashing her assets was likely to accomplish exactly nothing, and Index wouldn't even be able to give her advice on how to deal with the kind of creature it really was.
In short, they should probably have moved a little bit faster in finding themselves a new ally. Except, of course, that it turned out their next recruit had already happened to be visiting the store....
Mikoto Misaka? Or perhaps one of the Misaka Clone Collective?
ReplyDeletePersonally, I think each girl should be from a different source. And we already have Index...
DeleteI also kind of feel like none of them should be serious combatants as such. Characters one wouldn't normally picture at the forefront of a battle with monsters.
Lastly, I suppose it wouldn't make as much of an impact if the girl already had quite sizable breasts.
Though only the one-girl-per-series stipulation seems especially important to me.
(I'm also trying to think in terms of series with which I know our illustrious author is reasonably familiar.)
Some girls that fit those criteria to varying degrees:
Yui Kotegawa from To Love-Ru
And... Um...
Hm. This is harder than I thought. Heck, even Yui doesn't entirely fit those criteria.
One of the less magically involved girls in Negima?
Someone from Love Hina?
An alien girl?
An android girl?
A catgirl?
An alien android catgirl?
I was going to suggest Akari Unryu from Ranma 1/2, but it occurred to me that riding into a fight on a giant pig might make keeping a secret identity kind of difficult. (And yes, I refrained from suggesting my pal Akane, buecause I always suggest her for things.)
Well, I think we should look at the actual criterias that are presented by Lumitiel here. The things that Naru & Index are searching for are:
DeleteA strong combatant that can punch out enemies in straight battle.
A tactician who can use the information that is present to make a working battle plan.
And last but not least, a real leader with the charisma necessary to get them to go all out and stuff.
I think most will agree that the first is the easiest. There are lots of relatively strong females in fiction that are minor characters which could be easily grabbed without needing any good reason for the remaining setting to not jump in. Though I guess you could always go with the "They are on a holiday" reasoning I used for Index.
Someone mentioned Koneko Toujou from High School DxD as a potential choice. And I think she could be interesting, though she is rather tightly connected with the main plot & cast of the series. A minor character from say Negima could also work, like for example Makie Sasaki or Zazie Rayniday. Or someone from Love Hina who won't be missed like Motoko's sister. (Though I think she already has a respectable chest?) Konjiki no Yami from To-Love-Ru would also be amusing.
I think a good female strategist or leader would be more rare.... plus, they tend to be more main character like.....
For a strategist.... let me think... maybe Haqua from "World God Only Knows", Mori Ai from "Law of Ueki"? Yukari from Rosario+Vampire?
Leaders are hard... because it sounds like they want the teams Usagi..... do you know "Katekyo Hitman Reborn" Lumitiel? The character Uni could be interesting from there as she has some interesting similarities to Usagi.... oh, Madoka from "Puella Magi Madoka Magica" could also work. Kasumi from Ranma ½ may actually work here as it sounds like getting along with everyone would be rather important here.....
Hmmmm.... I may write an episode or two to this again after this is put on the BE Addventure. Maybe this can get my inspiration going again.
What r the choices for this one?
ReplyDeleteSaw the top....
DeleteNevermind. In that case: Koneko Tohjo from Highschool dxd
Hmm... oddball suggestion, but what about Masane Amahe from Witchblade. That would give a motherly figure to contrast Index's childlike appearance.
ReplyDeleteHmm
ReplyDeleteHow about Blizzard from One Punch Man :P. She's got a heck of an inferiority complex, a horde of followers, and does want to be a hero :P
Albeit the problem with many crossovers is that the universe rules start getting...mauled?
So what exactly is your opinion on the different ideas for characters everyone brought up Lumitiel?
ReplyDeleteIt is a pretty great and varied set of suggestions. It will be very tough to narrow it down to just five, but I'll try to do that somehow.
