There must have been a point where Victor Frankenstein felt it. The elation of success reaching its height, finally solving that problem he had shed blood, sweat, tears and years of his life over, finally unlocking the secret to all the answers he had ever wanted to know the answers to. It must have felt wonderful, and continued feeling wonderful riiiiight up to the moment where he realised he had created a monster.
“Are you sure about this? It feels a little… Awkward.”
“Oh, don’t worry, tcha! It’ll look great on camera!”
Case in point, Lum had the rather great idea that the two girls be photographed simultaneously groping one another’s breasts while pretending to be about to kiss. Needless to say, the image was hot hot hot, but it had a problem undercutting it: It was pushing just a fraction too far for Ukyo’s boundaries to realistically take.
It was a funny thing watching the two of them with his newly acquired sense. Lum was eager, Ukyo was tentative. Up until this point it had played rather to his advantage, but now… Lum was charging too far ahead, and it was starting to unsettle the sexy chef. The body language of the two of them was really quite interesting, especially since their bodies were mirror images of one another at least in terms of posing; they really didn’t actually <i>look</i> anything alike. Both of them were standing there in rather skimpy string bikinis, clutching at the other’s chests with the legs nearest Ataru intertwined - Lum’s left and Ukyo’s right.
Lum was brimming with energy, more than she seemed to know what to do with. She was horny as hell, anyone could tell that, and she seemed to be aiming for a threesome between them.
Unfortunately her aim wasn’t quite as good as her thunder-throwing arm. Ukyo was… fidgeting a little bit. Not much, mind, but definitely not entirely comfortable with the situation. So far he had made certain to push at her boundaries a little bit at a time, pushing them back and back and back, but now Lum was going just a little bit too far. He could see the boundaries pushing back a little bit, and questions beginning to pop up in Ukyo’s mind: What am I doing? Why did I go along with this? What’s with these two, anyway?
These were the kinds of questions he could not allow her to entertain, and definitely not questions he wanted her to come up with answers to. He had to pull this back a bit, but the trick was that if he did it wrong then it might well be <b>Lum</b> that started thinking questions just like that. Right now, Ataru had to handle this carefully. One wrong step, and one of the two bombs in front of him might well explode.
“Hold on,” he said, stepping forward and gently pulling the two of them apart. Lum seemed disappointed, Ukyo seemed a bit relieved. Carefully. Careful in how you juggle those balls. “You know, it just seems like we’re missing something, don’t you think? Not the posing, so much, as you both look stunning in your new swimsuits… But I think we need some more dynamic camera angles.”
“More dynamic… Camera… Angles?” Ukyo asked, giving every indication she wasn’t sure how to feel about that. Ataru reached out and gently, reassuringly, rubbed her shoulder and smiled his most charming smile. It had levelled up quite considerably over the last couple of days.
“Yep!” he confirmed, nodding towards Lum and hoping this worked. “Since Lum can fly, I figure she can get a couple really good shots that I can’t get near! What do you say, wanna give it a go?”
“Hmm…” Lum mused, leaning back slightly with her hands behind her head. Quite a deliberately provocative pose, at least, in the sense that it naturally provoked the eyeline to wander down towards her chest and set up camp. “I had been hoping to get a few good pictures in my new swimsuit with my new friend Ukyo,” she said, draping her arms over that same suddenly very nervous friend, who was increasingly looking like she wanted to be anywhere but there. “Buuuuut, okay! If that’s what you think will work, darling!”
“O-Okay,” Ukyo stammered. “Just so long as it’s not so -”
“Don’t worry,” Ataru whispered while Lum was distracted with the camera. He leaned in behind Ukyo and squeezed her hand. “She’s very playful, I think she just got a bit carried away. I’ll try to keep her reined in, okay?”
If you listened closely enough you could sort of feel the tension drifting out of her body. Relief that things weren’t going to go quite that far, reassurance that someone present was aware of how crazy the whole thing was. Ataru barely restrained himself from a sigh of relief of his own, knowing just how close Lum had come to completely blowing it for him. Not just him, come to think of it. Both of them.
Goodness, that was a weird thing to realise. Even if she had almost accidentally messed it up for him, it was quite obvious that Lum wanted the same thing he did. A stray thought flew through his mind: Was this the end result of using this new ability on a girl for long enough? Push their barriers hard enough and they become a pervert themselves… Ataru allowed himself a chuckle that, on a quizzical look from Ukyo, he shrugged and said, “Private joke, it’s nothing,” then went back to snaking his arm around her waist, pulling her close and flashing the victory sign. When Ukyo winked and copied the gesture, his already wide grin somehow found room to become wider still.

Akane strode into the dojo while wearing her brand new cheerleader costume. She didn’t have a plan so much as a general sort of thing bubbling in her brain. It couldn’t be <i>too</i> difficult, she figured. She’d gotten all the guys at school smitten with her when she didn’t even want their attention, and she was pretty sure there were plenty of other guys that liked her, so she knew she had plenty of sex appeal. It was just a question of focusing it a little. Directing it at Ranma like the sun’s rays through a magnifying glass. He’d burn up under her gaze in no time at all. The cheerleader outfit was just a prop to make it happen just a shade quicker, is all. Boys liked cheerleaders, right? Those short skirts, figure-hugging outfits, athletic, flexible, pretty, lots of stamina… Sort of made sense there would be a pretty intense physical attraction, right?
“Ta-da!” she said, as she strode in through the door. She leaned against the doorframe and struck her own approximation of a typical cheering pose, determined to make the best impression that she could. “Do you like my costume?”
He gave a noncommittal grunt and rolled his eyes, indicating that she should insert her own sarcastic comment right here. Hmph. Playing hard to get? Akane liked a challenge. She strutted right into the room, right towards Ranma and stopped just out of arm’s reach of him. She adjusted her skirt just a fraction, then in a single fluid motion that, honestly, Ranma could have easily blocked if he’d wanted to, she grabbed his shirt and pulled their bodies close. So close she could feel his heart beating in his chest. Screw subtle, screw taking her time, but most important of all, screw him very, very soon.
“You and me,” she said, looking him right in the face. That handsome, handsome face. “Together, we could take on the whole world.” And they could. They worked so well together. They were so similar, so much the same kind of person that it was almost eerie, if not for how completely hot it made her feel. “Join with me, here and now,” she whispered. “And I shall show you pleasure the likes of which you could only imagine.” For emphasis, she rubbed her leg up and down his. Proximity. Heat. Damn these clothes for being in the way. Then again all she had to do was undo those drawstrings, and then the fun could really -
Epiphany made her eyes blink rather quicker all of a sudden. Uncomfortable. Too quick. What is she doing all of a sudden? Shouldn’t I stop her? It was so strange. It felt like, like he sort of wanted to do it but was too busy thinking about how fast she was taking it and if there was anything wrong with her. Here she was, throwing herself at him and all he could think of was “Is she alright?” instead of following the lead in his pants. It was weird. It was frustrating to realise, but was also making her want him even more.
“There!” she said, pushing herself away with greater reluctance than she could remember doing just about anything in her entire life. “That’s how you play a villain! Did you like my performance?”
“Not really,” Ranma said, turning away and folding his arms across his chest. Something must really be interesting up there on the ceiling. “An uncute tomboy is just an uncute tomboy. Didn’t fool me for a second.”
The bulge in those trousers says otherwise, but she wouldn’t let on that he wasn’t quite as good at hiding it as he thought. It was kinda cute in a way, and she couldn’t help but drool a bit over his profile. Look at him. Standing there in a huff like that, denying to himself that he was attracted to her. It was going to be so much fun breaking down that wall, and why, it would be so simple! All she had to do was -
“What’re you staring at?”
Akane blinked, and completely lost her train of thought. Weird… For a moment it felt like she could see it, right there in front of her. The simplest, easiest way to seduce Ranma, make him fall completely head over heels in love with her and devote the rest of the night to rocking her world. But now… It was like it was slipping right out of her mind, like grains of sand through her fingers. Damn! Why couldn’t she think of it?!
“Nothing much,” she said, adopting her best cutesy girl position, though come to think of it he might take it as a deliberate taunt. “Okay, let’s try this. What if I got you a script to work from, so you could pretend to be a villain? I’ll be the helpless damsel in distress -” Ranma snorted, and Akane had to agree. The idea of her being completely helpless just felt <i>wrong</i>. She still remembered when the Principal had tried holding her hostage. Didn’t work out so well for him. “- And you be the big bad villain trying to - I don’t know, force me to marry you or something.”
“So I’m playing our fathers?”
“If it gives you something to base your performance on, I can think of worse people than your dad.”
“Worse people than pop?” Ranma chuckled. “Must be the devil himself, whoever he is.”
It was weird, but the two of them shared a bit of a laugh at his stupid jokes, both of them. It did something important to the mood, but Akane couldn’t quite place it. Something good. Something that should take her one step closer to taming that wild horse like an expert cowgirl all night long.
- Ranma and Akane rehearse. Ranma’s suspicions about Akane heighten.
- Ranma and Akane rehearse. Akane actually manages to seduce Ranma.
- Ataru wears down Ukyo’s final barriers, and she begins behaving sort of like Lum and Akane.
- Lum’s behaviour makes Ukyo too uncomfortable, and something kicks off.
- Something else
