Story: Hoola Hoopnotized

As the youngest sister in the family it was only natural that Akane would look up to the two elder girls. More Kasumi than Nabiki, but Nabiki still had some traits that Akane wished she had occasionally.

As such, she felt something different in the air that morning. It wasn't out of the ordinary to see Kasumi smiling while she set about putting breakfast together. She was a very happy young woman. The problem was difficult to explain exactly. There was something in the way she was walking. Her hips seemed a touch more exaggerated in their motion. Now, it takes a martial artist to notice that kind of thing obviously. You get into the habit of watching an opponent, if they're moving their hips they're probably settling in for a strike and you can probably tell what sort by looking at the way they're balanced.

Maybe she had a boyfriend? That would certainly make her happy. If that was the case then it wasn't Akane's place to pry, she'd introduce the man when they were good and ready for it, so she had intended to put that behind her.

Until she saw Nabiki walking in much the same way with a similar sort of smile on her face. Nabiki Tendo did not smile. Nabiki Tendo smirked. Like the cat that ate the canary and dared you to do something about it. Nor did she do contented sounding sighs like that just now!

"Oh, Akane! Back from your jog?" Kasumi sweetly asked while swaying slightly from side to side. A little behind her Nabiki was humming some weird slow melody which was proving to be extremely distracting. It was oddly catchy, and she'd never heard a tune quite like it before. "Breakfast isn't quite finished yet." For some reason Kasumi then stuck her arm out to her side and began to wave it up and down. "Oh dear, my arm has pins and needles..."

Akane opened her mouth intending to offer to help rub some feeling back in, but instead her instincts told her to get out of there. Now. To stop looking at Kasumi and head upstairs. "I'll be back down in a minute!" Akane said, spinning on her heel and quickly dashing off upstairs.

Weird! This unsettling feeling like pinpricks along her skin... So weird!

Both older sisters stared after Akane as she retreated upstairs. Nabiki in particular sidled up next to Kasumi, drew back her arm and spanked her older sister square on the ass. "Bad girl," she whispered. "You tried to push too far too quickly, and her martial artist's instincts kicked in."

"I'm sorry!" Kasumi whined, wiggling her hips into Nabiki's formerly spanking and now groping hand. "Please punish me later on, Leader! I wanted to show her the Dance too much, and got carried away."

"See that it does not happen again," Nabiki warned. "We have to keep things subtle around her for now. Ranma too. Hum a few bars from the song. Dance for no longer than ten seconds at a time. We have to ease them into it. They’ve been exposed to other weird mind whammies before, so they’ll pick it out unless we’re subtle.”

"Alright Leader," Kasumi sighed. "Although, do you really think it'll cause problems? Surely Akane hasn't worked out anything from that."

Akane changed into her school uniform pretty quickly at the best of times, but today she must have broken a personal record. As soon as she was done she was stomping off towards the Saotome guest room, where she found a certain dumb panda and an equally dumb pigtailed girl sleeping on the floor without a care in the world. So she did the sensible thing and knelt down by that pigtailed girls' head and whispered in her ear.

"Ranma!" she hissed. The girl barely stirred. "Ranma!" she repeated.

"Mmm... Akane... Nooo, beware the pink blancmange!"

What sort of stupid dream was she having?! Akane grabbed Ranma by the pigtail and yanked her head up, then grabbed hold of her nose until the pigtailed girl was wide awake.

"Ack! A wild uncute has appeared!" Ranma said.

Akane kicked a nearby basketball into Ranma’s face. “Are you done!?”

“Ow…” Ranma dropped the ball, “What’d you wake me up this early for?” She sniffed the air. "Breakfast isn't even done yet..."

Akane grabbed Ranma’s shoulders, looking into her currently’ female fiance’s eyes. "Ranma I think somebody brain washed Kasumi and Nabiki." She said in a serious tone.

Ranma blinked, the sleep slowly fading from her eyes. “Really?” She asked.

“Yes!” Akane said, “They’re trying to act normal but there’s some weird stuff and Nabiki was humming a song that stuck in my head far longer than should be healthy.”

Ranma took this in, she considered what her possible extended family was like, and what her future would then be like. "Better them than us" She laid back down, “Wake me up when Kasumi finishes breakfast.”

"RANMA!"

The panda then rolled over and tossed a sign that just so happened to smack Ranma in the face. It read: "Have your lover's quarrel later in the day please."

"Stupid old panda! That's what I've been trying to - This isn't a lover's quarrel anyhow, what the hell are you trying to imply by that comment?!"

Akane pinched the bridge of her nose and sighed a weary, familiar sigh. "Honestly!" she harrumphed. "This is no time for our usual game of 'I want to, but no'. Someone has done something to my sisters!"

"Alright, alright!" Ranma grunted, giving up on the prospect of sleep for the rest of the day. No chance she'd let sleeping Ranmas lie if she was in the kind of mood to dismiss their usual fli- not flirting. Whatever it is you call what they did. "So, how exactly are they acting weird?"

"Well... Kasumi was doing this!" Akane said, sticking her hands out to the side and wiggling them around in a manner she sincerely hoped didn't accidentally hypnotise Ranma there and then. Incidentally, from Ranma's point of view the arm looked like it was bouncing up and down rather than wiggling or doing a wavelike motion. "And Nabiki was humming this catchy theme that got stuck in my brain!"

Ranma nodded, then rolled over and closed her eyes.

"Ranma! Take this seriously!"

In response to this Ranma lifted up a sign of her own. This one read: "Not taking requests from paranoid tomboys at this time."

"I am not paranoid!" Akane sniffed. "I mean... They were both walking funny, and Nabiki was sitting there with a goofy smile on her face -"

Ranma shot bolt upright. "Nabiki was what?"

"Smiling," Akane said. "Like this!" She pointed at her own smiling face. "Except it was Nabiki."

This got Ranma shuddering, gripping onto her arms like the very spectre of death had put a hand on her shoulder. The very mention of Nabiki Tendo with anything resembling a smile on her face had set a chill upon her soul more severe than if you had locked her in a room that was entirely made of still living cats.

Breakfast was a trifle... awkward this morning, Soun couldn't help but note. Normally over breakfast, Ranma and Akane would flirt/not flirt while Nabiki made snide comments and Kasumi wound up asking them all to settle down and eat their food - at which point Genma would try to steal a little too much of Ranma's breakfast, resulting in a food fight between the two of them.

Not so much today. Nabiki coughed. Both Akane and Ranma stared at her like she'd threatened to kidnap their first born. As the man of the house he felt like he should get to the bottom of it, but his skill in that area... he wasn't too confident with. On the other hand...

"So Nabiki! I hear that the Principal has scouted you for an important role!" he said, beaming at his middle daughter with pride. "You must be pleased, it'll set you up with strong recommendations."

"Oh yes," Akane said. Her eyes focused on Nabiki's like laser beams. If laser beams were made of pure suspicion instead of concentrated light. "I'm sure she's so happy about this position."

"As a matter of fact, I'm walking on air!" Nabiki grinned. "Oh, the authority I'll have at my fingertips. Would either of you like to join, perchance? We could always do with some muscle. An enforcer if you will. How about it Ranma."

"No thanks!" Ranma declined right away, not even thinking about it. "That doesn't interest me in the slightest."

"Oh, come now son! Give it a bit more thought than that," Soun said. "It's bound to put you on the good side of the school faculty.”

“Why would I want to be on their good side?” Ranma asked. “They’re just a bunch of busybodies.”

"Did you ever consider that it's an attitude like that which makes them busy their bodies into your business?" Nabiki asked. She stood up and stretched out her arms, both Akane and Ranma eying her with that same look as before. "Well, I'm finished with breakfast. I'll see the two of you at school."

"Behave yourself, Nabiki!" Kasumi called out, waving as Soun's middle daughter cockily strode out the front door, humming a strange melody to herself as she went. "And that goes for the two of you as well. Please try not to cause any trouble today."

Ranma and Akane finished their own breakfast in silence, and then left in much the same manner. How odd for both of them to be in such a dour mood. Usually they were either arguing with one another, or pretending that they weren't thoroughly enjoying the other's company. How odd! How peculiar!

"Kasumi, is something the matter with those two today?" Soun asked. "They seem a little out of sorts."

"Yes father, I noticed as well," Kasumi sighed. "I think that they're a little suspicious of how Nabiki intends to use her new position of authority. You know how she can be. I'll have a word with her when she gets back."

Ah, his eldest truly was a fine example to set for Nabiki. Sometimes he worried about his middle child. She was so difficult to deal with sometimes, so mean spirited and manipulative. It was good that he could put his faith in his eldest to resolve the problem, and resolve it quickly.

Housework was finished with unusual efficiency today, which made Kasumi feel a little bit self reflective. Perhaps she took as long as she did usually because she wanted to ensure she had something to do all day?

Well, whatever the case may be she had allowed herself quite a bit of free time. On that basis Kasumi went up to her room, made sure that the door was securely closed and then locked. At which point she disrobed as fast as she could and stood in front of a mirror naked as the day she was born.

The hula came naturally to her now, even without Nabiki's gentle hands guiding her. The gentle swaying motion, the high level of control over her hips. She was moving gracefully, wonderfully, entrancingly.

She could hardly wait for Nabiki to get home with her own personal uniform. Not least of which because, after a long day of school, it was highly likely that Nabiki was going to fuck her.

Ah! That thought almost threw off her rhythm a little bit, there. It was far too easy to imagine Nabiki's fingers at work, deftly bringing her into a state of excitement even as Kasumi danced in front of her. Danced in her new shiny uniform.

"Aloha 'oe..." Kasumi sang breathlessly to herself. She had to get in her hour of practise. As per the inviolable Rules. "Aloha 'oe..." she continued to sing, her entire body keeping time to the song only she could hear.

What was Nabiki up to at school today, she wondered. Who would she recruit first?

 1. Nabiki starts with her own minions.
 2. Nabiki starts with Akane's friends.
 3. Nabiki starts with Ranma's friends.
 4. Nabiki starts with someone else entirely.
 5. Nabiki takes her time since Ranma and Akane are too suspicious
 6. Something else
