Naruto Massage Invasion: I'd say follow-up on Tsunade's musings about Naruto. Tsunade could to Naruto's place, using the excuse she's going to give him Hokage training so he should do what she says (i.e. massage/fuck her)? Hinata could be torn between cementing Tsunade's devotion to massage by going along with this and jealousy over sharing her crush with anyone else. Maybe this devolves into a "massage" (sex) contest between Hinata and Tsunade?
Or since Anko won the patreon vote, maybe just focus on her for one longer chapter?
