Forgot to add a comment to my original post, but contemplating the trajectory of Hentai Crystal, it could make sense that behind the scenes of the minion Senshi conflict, the main adversary could be setting up for the endgame confrontation with a final goal that would probably involve trying to gain full access and mastery of Platonic Ideals both to access and manipulate every perfect archtype, and to create a bit of uncertainty in "Are our only options to let him completely prudify reality, or hypersexualize reality to stop him?"
Heh, actually it occured to me that a goofy 'secret protector' to overcome could take the form of Plato, who's name means broad shouldered and was his wrestling nickname. Thus to access the full mastery of the Platonic Ideal Forms, you have to wrestle an extremely ripped philosopher.

Negima C+S: I'd vote for continuing with Ayaka. Last I remember Ayaka didn't know Negi was already affected and resolved to protect him, so maybe Chisame and Nodoka keep calling him over under the pretense of getting advice? Ayaka then "has" to interject and thus repeatedly gets opportunities for Negi to use his natural giggilo skills on her. Alternately, during these instances Chisame and Nodoka could play up how being perverts gives them advantages in winning Negi's heart and Ayaka can't compete with them for Negi as long as she resists the spell?
If others aren't interested in Ayaka, alternately maybe finish Yuna and Akira's corruption?
Hentai Crystal: adding to Drake's idea, you should also show the Sailors, now Priestesses of Libra, essentially doing the same thing as the Forces of Order. They realize that they can pervert entire concepts as well. In their addled mindset, they believe that they need to create hypersexualized Chaos to counter this oppressive interpretation of Order.
Which should definitely be portrayed as just as much of an issue as Order.
Ironically, the only one that could stop these extremes is Libra, also ironically, is being purified in their contact with the scouts to be more good and regret what they wrought.
Indecent: I want to keep up with Yui's growing sexual madness and inadvertently find things out about the greater plot. Too bad she's becoming too much of a pervert to understand/act on the Intel.
Negima C + S: I second Gornyetch, I want to see Ayaka screw herself over.
Rei Swarm: Let's keep up with Asuka in this new misadventure. Aside from expansion and body modification, I feel the theme should be Asuka’s stubborn willfulness versus her nihilistic existentialism from having her existence controlled by the Rei Swarm.
Said nihilism is something Rei’s notes and is concerned about.
