As far as UY Destiny Temps, well the last episode ended with realty starting to go wonky, the terminology could be either their reality is becoming chaotic, or it's loosing it's separation with other close realities. This could leave Ataru meeting really different harem girls, or dropping in on his classmate Kenshiro in the Hokuto no Ken reality. Though of course that ignores the agents destiny might recruit and what sort of plans they try to pull off. Basically the story's at a point that a little to anything goes to fully nail down any suggestions.
Carry The Ten: From what I can find, the last episode (by Tritan) left Ryouga in a compromising position with Akari. Maybe the best thing right now would be to see how he gets away (or doesn't) from that 26 year old land mine girl, before we return to whatever antics Ranma and the Tendo sisters are going to come up with next.

Konosuba Darkness Approaches - Since we're running with the idea that Darkness inspires sadism in others. I would have that start to affect Aqua and Megumin. I feel it would be more appropriate for Megumin to be more aware of what's going on, Aqua's already got a sadist streak on her anyways.
I'm digging what Drake and Anon are suggesting for UY Destiny Temps and Carry the Ten. Like the idea of reality getting more chaotic. presents a lot more options and characters to introduce. And I would prefer that Ranma doesn't get away from Akari, maybe have him almost escape but shenanigan's stop him.
