Story: Asuka the Maneater

Wealth does funny things to a person. The power twists around the mind in ways unpredictable, yet inevitable. For the Mizunokoji family this was no different, with a number of odd little foibles fostering within their bloodline. They, like the Mendos, had been ludicrously wealthy for so very long that the idea they may lose that wealth seemed preposterous. They were untouchable, therefore they could do what they wanted, and from that same mentality what else could be given birth but the most bizarre of traditions.

Traditions like keeping the girls born into the family away from anything with a penis until they have reached sexual maturity. Do note that sentence carefully, make sure you didn't misread it. What it means is this; From the moment that Mizunokoji girls are born they are kept away from all men, all boys, of all ages and only surrounded by women and girls until they have passed the point where their hormones have done all manner of funny things to their bodies, building up stress and tension that they don't have the faintest idea how to deal with.

Sounds healthy.

Needless to say this tradition caused more problems than it solved, if it solved any problems at all. Actually, it's hard to imagine what sort of problems it was thought up to solve in the first place. It probably came about due to some mad whim generations back and became cemented as the family tradition, the done thing that only made sense to continue doing because their family was ludicrously wealthy so if they changed from the path of tradition then it would all come crashing down around their heads. Precisely how introducing random sexual complexes into generation after generation of their women was supposed to ensure the family retained its power was anyone's guess.

In any event; This generation had one girl and one boy. The boy was... an idiot. His hobbies included baseball, and his favourite food included baseballs. The first is a good and healthy hobby for a young man, as are any sort of sporting interest. The second is such blatant lunacy it almost distracts from certain other quirks within this family.

And then there was the girl. Her name was Asuka. A very pretty girl, much akin to a living doll. Much as others within her family her iris had a peculiarity that made it seem shaped like a star. An effect that often gave her brother a slightly unhinged, wild look. As long as he didn’t open his lunchbox he seemed to be attractive. But enough about him. Asuka had been raised with a mind towards ensuring they maximised her beauty, maximised her intelligence and maximised her physical attributes. All while keeping her sheltered from the world of man. She was happy. She was carefree.

She was frolicking through the fields within the Mizonokuji mansion grounds while wearing a full suit of plate armour. Complete with a medieval knight style helmet covering up her pretty face. Do note that this armour can weigh over a hundred pounds, and recent studies indicate that moving in such a metal suit can easily take twice the normal energy.

"Oh, what a beautiful day it is!" Asuka sighed, gaily trampling the ground behind her, oblivious to the servants coming after her to fix the damage she was causing. "Still... Mother has been acting strange of late. I wonder if she has been planning out my birthday party?"

With a weighty sigh, Asuka comes to a halt. She'd arrived at her destination: A racetrack. She got into the starting position, one of the many women servants raised a starter's pistol into the air. It was fired, and then Asuka bolted clear across the two hundred meters. While still wearing the suit of armour. This was a daily routine for her, one must understand. A fitness regimine unparalleled by any other in the world. The trouble was that today, Asuka wasn't quite focused on the race. Her thoughts were on something else entirely.

That feeling had come back again today. It was pretty strong as well. It was this strange combination of an itch that didn’t actually exist anywhere on her body and hunger even when she was full.

As a consequence of her distraction Asuka had gone right past the finish line and out into the woods, casually knocking over a tree like the ocean wave crashing through a sandcastle. Oh, if only she knew what might scratch this itch. If only an answer would fall out of the sky -

"Yipe!"

A person fell out of the sky, landing in a heap a little way off in front of Asuka. Oh dear! And she'd accidentally left her servants behind! How had she got out into the woods? Never mind! Asuka skipped on over to the poor dear, calling "Are you okay?" as she approached.

"Yeah, yeah! Never better!" answered a rather gruff and deep sounding voice. "Man... Breaking into this place was almost impossible." She lent out her hand and helped the stranger to their feet. Huh? He looked strange. No breasts, completely flat chest and what had happened to their hips?! "Thanks for helping me out there mister suit of armour. I'll just be on my way now!"

Asuka stared after the stranger as they strode off, seeming quite pleased with themselves. Oh dear. What had happened to their body? It was so... mishapen. Not like any woman Asuka had met before. They looked human but the way they were walking, the way they were talking, the shape of their body...

It was all making Asuka's funny feeling grow and grow.

"Man, fancy running into someone wearing a suit of armour," the stranger said. Asuka had begun to follow them. For some reason her gaze lingered on the person's posterior. There was something about the shape that felt alluring. Like... she wanted to squeeze it. "In this day and age! They must do cosplay in this place or something. Hahaha!"

Then for no reason Asuka could understand, that person stopped. They turned and looked back at her, and she suddenly felt woefully self conscious.

"C-crap, you're part of the ground security aren't you?!" the stranger suddenly yelled. He pulled out a gun and yelled "And come to think of it, you saw my face too! Like hell I'm letting you -"

By the time he'd said that she'd already crossed the distance and disarmed him. This was an entirely instinctive reaction on Asuka's part. No thought involved in it, not in the slightest. Similarly, the stranger brought up their fist as an instinctive reaction, clobbering Asuka's helmet and serving no function other than knocking it off her head.

"Eeek! You're violent and scary!" Asuka yelled. She slapped him hard across the face, sending him sprawling onto the ground with his butt up in the air. "Don't be violent! Mother always says, if you pick a fight then -"

She looked down at the stranger - the intruder, she now realised - with a hitch of fear in her voice. "Then... You deserve a nice hard spanking."

<hr>

The security chief of the Mizunokuji estate did not panic. They had access to one of, if not the, finest security systems in Japan. Getting in when you weren't meant to was almost impossible. It basically meant that the most stressful part of her day was talking to Mrs Mizonokuji, which was admittedly extremely stressful since her one and only facial expression eventually activated your fight or flight reflex no matter how used to it you thought you were.

So all in all, panic was not part of the job description. You came in, you told the people where to go, nothing happened, you gave your daily report, you went home and you slept with so, so much more money in your pocket than you woke up with. Even in the unlikely event that something did happen it would be resolved so quickly that by the time you were told about it, the perp was already at the local police station. So, it makes a heck of a lot of sense that someone in a position like this wouldn't ever need to panic. Right?

The security chief of the Mizunokuji estate was panicking something fierce right about now. And wouldn't you if you were given the following two reports in quick succession? "Security breach in Section Sigma-5." and "Lost track of Asuka in Section Sigma-5". This is a recipe for panic, is what it is! Asuka was a bit of a hasle sometimes, admittedly, due to her freakish strength and general physical attributes but something like this?!

This was a matter that required her personal attention. She brought out her best team with her this time around. It had been a while since she'd had to deal with a hostage situation, but those skills never really went away and she did practise once a month to stay sharp. Whoever this guy was, he'd rue the day that he tried something so stupid as trying to hurt the daughter of -

"Please, spank me again!"

Or they would find her with her suit of armour off and neatly piled up. The stranger leaning on it with his butt in the air. And Asuka alternating between spanking him and groping him.

Curious. 'Seeing Asuka safe and sound' was supposed to <i>decrease</i> her stress levels. Not elevate them!

"Oh, hello Security Chief!" Asuka said, not stopping her routine. A loud whap filled the air. "This person is very interesting. I like her."

"That's nice, Miss Asuka," the security chief said. "This person... is an intruder. We should take him into custody, if it's all the same to you."

"No! Please don't!" the intruder cried. "I- I couldn't live without this. Not now that I've tasted it!"

This was a dream. A nightmare. A feverish nightmare brought on by concerns about how Asuka will react to being introduced to men. That's all this was. Asuka wouldn't react this way. This was the worst possible scenario that her sleeping mind could conjure.

Whap! "Yes! Just like that! I've been a naughty man! So naughty!"

"Huh?" Asuka gasped. "You're a man? What’s a man?"

"I'm your slave!" the intruder cried.

"Men are slaves?" Asuka asked. "Ah, I'm so confused. Are all men slaves?"

Right, so even if this was a dream the clear course of action was to separate them. The security chief nodded her head, and her team took the cue right away. "Please forget about this happening,"

"Please tell me about men," Asuka said. Begged. Pleaded, more like. Her hands were clasped in front of her, her star-like eyes shining. Unfortunately or fortunately for the security chief she missed the way Asuka’s legs were rubbing together while on the topic of men.

"Only if you don't tell your mother any of this happened," the security chief winced. Oh, but the report she'd have to write. Maybe if that fear and that stress hadn't distracted her so, she might have noticed that, in this moment there had been the origin of something truly, truly terrible.

  1. Later, Asuka meets Ataru and develops a deviation of her usual phobia.
  2. No phobia this time. Instead it's "eek, a man! Punishment!"
  3. Asuka starts to learn about men from the security chief. What sort of twisted lessons will she take from this?
  4. Asuka is allowed to make a new friend. The daughter of another wealthy family. Her name is Ryoko.
  5. Something else.
