Ranma wasn't exactly being serious when venting, but her prideful vanity was in charge of her mouth at that moment.

Destiny Temps: It's still on the setting up the board stage, where the unshackling of destiny is causing multiple realities to flow together at once. Most people will remain tied to their reality and won't notice themselves shifting along with their reality, but Ataru would as the core, as well as Destiny's chosen flunkies, and possibly Lum Shinobu and Sakura courtesy of their time in the room of destiny. As far as long term goals, either the goal is gaining control of the mechanism to separate realities, which would allow control over what the restored reality would be like, or reality will just spontaneously right itself after some time, and the goal is to trigger events that would shape what that restored reality is like. Extra players to complicate things could include: people trying to change their reality (For instance, Kenshiro would probably prefer going to Tomobiki High school over living in the post apocalypse, and he actually made an appearance in the old show), or people trying to exacerbate things to access even more disparate realities. Or for that matter, maybe someone from a bootstrap paradox reality trying to become that bootstrap.
