Four stacked titnosis bearers sit in a room finding themselves compelled to take over the world. They discuss how much damned paperwork that would mean though, because ruling the world is just so much paperwork. Nonetheless, their tits insist that they have to do this, so they start making plans, though they're starting to wonder how the hell they're supposed to rule the world given that apparently they'll be spending half their time awake getting railed.

Oh, and one other thing - they absolutely need to make sure their plans leave them exposed to Haruhi Suzumiya specifically, but in a way that would make sense. Like, they have to make sure it's clearly not about deliberately exposing themselves to her, otherwise it would be kinda incongruent and weird...

Expies? Madoka-verse? Something else? Something not used for other Titnosis/Cocknosis settings…

Expand upon the Sisters considerably here, including the fact that they're all becoming rapidly obsessed with Daisuke's COCK. Perhaps structure it as an internal conversation? Perhaps one of them attempts to bring the conversation back to defeating Accelerator - which leads to them realising that it should be able to bypass his protection measures. In which case, acquiring this boy and leaving him exposed to the #1 is an absolute priority...
